Yeah, Blum gets around. I knew him first and primarily as Spike Siegal.
He also voices one of my favorite characters ever:
He has a very unique, unmistakable gruff to his voice.

Man this guy was the voice actor for like every game. He’s a VA in some of my favorite games of all time, including Ninja Gaiden II.
He’s the movie voice trailer guy X100000000000000000000
He’s one of those voice actors you’ll just randomly hear in a game or movie, and you can instantly recognize it and go “Oh yeah, that guy!”
Kinda like Liam O’Brien (War, Gaara, Asura) or Patrick Seitz (Scorpion, Ragna The Bloodedge)
We have the Holy Trinity of VAs for a reason.
I was looking through the import Switch games on Amazon and saw they had one copy left of VA-11 HALL-A for $45. I picked up the digital version (yet to play it) but to have it physical was too good ignore. Will arrive on Sunday.
Oh and speaking of imports…
Both were under $40.
So Take Two dropped Kerbal Space Program 2’s developer, then tried to poach staff to finish the game?
Inject in my veins!
Oooooooooohhhhhhh let’s go!
yesssss HELL YEAH! I was just talking about that with a friend lately—about how great it would be if they ever ported Kingdoms of Amalur to the Switch, I’d definitely buy that shit once again day 1, without question…and I was only referring to a “port”. The full “remaster” treatment would obviously be even better if they bump up the graphics slightly.
Seriously, if I made a “top 100” list, Kingdoms of Amalur is one of those GOATs that gets a high rank on there for me…probably inside the top 10 section at least.
On another note—yeah Steve Blum is everywhere. For a time in the mid to late 90s and early 2000s, it seemed like it was just in his contract that his voice appears in EVERYTHING. If you watched anime around that time, you’ve heard him in countless shows already, and as the host robot “Tom” on Toonami. (a gig that’s still going, btw)
I will forever associate Blum for his roles in anime and my shock when I discovered he was also playing Jaime in Megas XLR at the time I never gave a crap about voice talent so I had no idea what ‘range’ was.
Blum the . His best roles were IMO Spike Speigel, Shishio and Orochimaru. That’s kinda where u see his range a bit
Spike and Mugen.
And I feel this is obligatory Due to mentioning of Mugen

This game looks hella cute.
Just have WayForward and others make your games while you take in that sweet pachinko money. You don’t care about your IP’s anymore anyways
So just to he 100% sure the gamegear was the famitsu exclusive, revolutionary scoop from Sega?
No. Fog Gaming was. It’s a streaming service for arcades. Japan only.
I was about to get an Xbox one x off eBay for $200 flat but when I looked at picture gallery I noticed the back didn’t have any of the identification numbers, like serial number, and everything else you’d find.
As someone who worked at game stop for almost 3 years that’s a tell tale sign that it was likely stolen. so. Super sketch. Glad I didn’t grab it
That’s good to know…
Well, there is such a thing as wear and tear on those serial numbers and such. Friction and heat and smear and fade the serial code. The serial code on the back of your dual shock 4 is likely illegible at this point. I know mine is.
Same thing happens with the 3DS cause of where your fingers are. The heat from consoles can also cause the fading of the serial numbers and such on the back of the system.
But this Xbox one X the entire serial number and manufacturing information was completely removed.
Pretty much every tech company use those serial numbers and manufacturing numbers to track their products in case of theft and to know if products are still under warranty.
