I think that worked for the betterment of the movie.
Instead of focusing on trying to setup sequels, they tried to make a good Sonic movie.
The same that happened with Joker, imo.
Alpha 2 is just as silly as Alpha 3 but for different reasons.

This logic is confusing me right now. So is there an actual trans character in the game? This article is making it sound like they’re changing the female characters to appease the trans community even if they aren’t trans which is kinda dumb. Am I reading this properly?

The actress whose face was modeled for Ellie’s love interest (Dina) in the trailer has bigger breasts in real life than the character model. So it seems possible that reason is true, though it’s dumb.
And reading some crap like that has me more and more scared the anti-SJW sentiment at this game will be justified when it actually hits. Those leaks do not sound good, and if they are true, ND has to absolutely nail execution. I’m not sure they’re doing that if they’re thinking with logic like that article exhibits. It’s weird, because I wouldn’t have even noticed that had it not been spelled out to me (the Dina thing was pointed out somewhere else).

I dont even get why they would concern themselves so. This tranny craze just started in recent time. That shit wasn’t full blown anything when this game came out. In game it didn’t exist. Bitches werent big and buff as fuck and man jaw and shit in the first one so why now? The tranny craze didnt get a chance to take off in the games timeline.
So why change women to appease the trannies. They really that big of an audience?

Everyone assumed that Abby was trans, since they touted that they had a trans char, and she looked the part.
But apparently she isnt the trans char, but a minor char that adds nothing to the plot, if the rumors are to be believed.
From what I’ve read that’s just symptom of larger issues people have with the game. Apparently the story leaked and fans don’t like it. Since TLOU is series that relies heavy on story, this is a big issue.
