From what a friend that has a video game store in Costa Rica and is currently playing the game, the way that Joel dies on TLOU2 will infiurate anyone that has played the 1st game, since is basically because he acts in a very out of character and is quite dumb because of it.

- Use the spoiler tag for spoilers. If you’re discussing a movie or a show outside of a thread for it, keep things spoilered. If you’re in the thread be nice enough to give people some time to catch up. Intentionally spoiling things to mess with people will earn you a vacation.

Lol, sorry, i totally forgot that it wasnt a well know fact by know that it happened.
Specially because it happens in the 1st hour of the game.
I know it doesnt mean much, but i didn do it because i hate the game (which i dont, i just find very humorous all the drama surrounding it), it totally sliped my mind when posting it.

It really wasnt my intention to spoil anything.
He put spoiler tags on it after he got fucking called out. Mods need to step in and either warn him or send him to the shadowrealm for a few days.
I’m still planning on buying TLoU2, but there’s no excuse to spoil the game.

I don’t know what the spoiler is. All I saw is Joel, who I know is in the game but l barely know the capacity of his involvement so I immediately scrolled past. I haven’t looked at anything regarding TLOU2 outside of officially posted things by Sony or Naughty Dog and I don’t plan to until I personally play the title.
I don’t give a shit how “common knowledge” it is or isn’t. You don’t fucking spoil one of the biggest games of this generation on the eve/day of its launch like a fucking piece of shit over “oops all berries!” Type shit.

It was pretty obvious that Joel would bite the dust from the jump since Ellie is the protag though.

Honestly, since he realized his mistake, if @Hecatom just agrees not to do it again, I’m fine with letting him continue. But, at the threat of a longer ban should he ever spoil something again.
