this is wonderful… the disaster known as Fallout 76, man…it’s the gift that keeps on giving, in terms of laughs. There’s actually going to be people that buy into this horseshit too!! 
Of course, YongYea and Jim Sterling have some videos on this latest GOLD.
A certain old friend with incredibly bad taste has the game, but I doubt he would go for this subscription thing.
One sad thing though is that once Fallout 76 came out, it also killed my faith in whatever they have planned for the next Elder Scrolls game (when it finally comes out about 53 years from now) Fortunately, I no longer have to rely on TES games for my vampire fix in video game form.

I really enjoy how 76 has truly exposed what a shitty company Bethesda is and why no one should support there horrible business practices. Not to mention how blantantly they take advantage of and abuse their player base.
When I tried out FO3 and NV on 360 I bought them used and immediately sold them because I hated them.

For me it’s a matter of gameplay mechanics in Bethesda games. It just seems very unrefined and not very fun for me.

After Doom Eternal comes out, I’m done supporting Bethesda and id Software and buying games new from them.
Bethesda as a publisher isn’t shit at least. I did like Wolfenstein before they fucked it up with Youngblood and Tengo Gameworks new game Ghostwire looks interesting.

Since this generation is coming to a close next year, how would you guys grade it?
I’d give it either a B or B+
Overall the flow of good games being released was much better paced in previous generations. The current generation also suffered from massive disappointments like FF15, Anthem, The Last Guardian, No Man’s Skies, and KH3. Then you got the predatory ways these companies are monetizing their games that really suck the character out of their products.
The saving grace of this generation were 3 things. One, damn near every remaster or collection of a game was flames. Two, the japanese and western styles of game design kinda merged and the really good shit captured the best of both worlds. And three, them flash sales hit.
My Top 10 games this gen (in no order):

Breath of the Wild
Cuphead
Persona 5
Spiderman
God of War (a little overrated, but I like that it took chances)
Bloodborne
Mario Odyssey
Bayonetta 2
