Went to my moms house today to help move shit out of her basement cause she needs a new water heater. I randomly came across some of my old gaming stuff which included my other JAMMA PCBās lol.
Here is KI2 with the HDD:
And here is MK1 and MK2 with their sound boards attached. They had completely separate PCBās for sound for some reason.
I also came across this gem here lol.
Oh, and I remember some of you didnāt believe me when I said I had 1300+ PSX games at one point. Well this isnāt all of them cause I got rid of a bunch, but here is about 1000.
Not sure if they are all PSX games though but most of em are. Thereās probably some other games mixed in for other consoles on a spindle or two.

Yeah Iām not in any desperate need of cash at the moment so I doubt Iāll sell them. Once I get this all setup in my basement though Iām going to test those out to be sure they still function. Itās been over at least 14 years since Iāve used any of those lol.

Jesus I was looking on WTB forum on arcade-museum and saw posts in the past 2 weeks where 1 guy wants MK2 for $250 and one guy wants KI2 for $400. That shit is tempting.

Yeah even if they are still working just fine (which I assume they are) I doubt Iāll sell em right now.
So whatās the general consensus around here for Control? Iāve heard outside of a few pacing issues the game is super solid.
Iām asking because itās 30ish dollars on amazon right now. Was thinking about getting it.

FFVII is the most over rated Final Fantasy and one of the most overrated games of all time. People legit tried to say it was the best RPG ever and one of the best games of all time. Itās not close to either. Particularly the latter. Iāve seen people argue that FFVI is the better FF game, I havenāt people trying to place it in the best of all time category. And before anyone says any thing FFVI is NOT my favorite Final Fantasy game.

Yes. Even for shitty games like 1942 the arcade board is over 100 dollars.
People try to name 6 as the beat FF of all time all the fucking time, just as much if not more so then fucking 7. Itās deffinitly the go to FF for people to say is better then 7.

for the vast majority FFVII was their first FF game hence why they think is the best game ābiased opinionā. itās like me saying metal gear solid(the first MG game I actually completed) is the best metal gear of all time completely ignoring what came before or after.
MGS probably has the best narrative out of all but itās not the best.

I wouldnāt say itās the best one tho. Not in a world where IV, IX, and Tactics exists.

1942 over 100 is probably OK
shrug neither would I, but I have spent more then that on other games I did want.
Edit: I wouldnt. 1942 can be had arcade perfect on multiple consoles for cheap. I dunno if there are any arcade perfect home ports of KI tho.

good point, cave games being the biggest offenders yet emulators canāt replicate those games perfectly no wonder the pcbs are highly sought after still fuck those prices

Yea I saw Ibara Kuro online last month for 3 grand. I just have to cross my fingers that M2 or someone some day ports all the Ibara versions to console. PS2 version is nice enough, but itās missing the Kuro build and Taito put a pretty ugly filter over the game to make the image softer. Itās kinda gross.
