Viewtiful Joe Collection would be Day Juan.

breath of fire can come back as long as it has like an atelier sized budget and reasonable sales expectations. onimusha will be one of the first things back so not really worried about that or dino crisis since those are almost sure things that can sell well in modern era. rival schools has a better chance of happening than darkstalkers they can at least jazz up the single player in that game and have it sell to the anime base. darkstalkers was doomed the moment capcom said that the collection was a test and nobody believed them cause they thought it was already in development like that marvel situation.

also if breath of fire gets a collection can i get a re-translation on the first two games please. the final boss of 1 and 3 is the same person but you wouldn’t know because of the difference in quality of the translations.

This has been, and still is, my wish for Capcom.

The new River City spin-off reminded me I still need to buy The Story of Ringo Ishikawa.

It wasn’t that no one believed them. Darkstalkers had plenty of collection re-releases. It was released collections on PS2, Dreamcast, PSP. It wasn’t difficult to get a hold of the copy of those games. To use the release of another collection to hold the series hostage was boneheaded on their end.

it did and still does suck but capcom had already done that shit before with legends 3 so people should have known how that situation was gonna turn out if they didn’t support it. also while i love the darkstalkers cast and gameplay at a time where street fighter is surviving through e sports money their is little chance that franchise comes back without it being gutted in someway.

Legends 3 and MM Universe being shadow realmed had more to do with Inafune basically calling Capcom and the majority of Japanese developers punk bitches who are behind the times and who refuse to think differently before he unceremoniously quit the company.

Capcom wanted to destroy what projects he had started and ruin his legacy.

Still salty about MML3 being cancelled. :frowning:

Lots of Capcom franchises I would love to see again, but Dragon’s Dogma is at the top easily.

Surprised that wasn’t mentioned sooner since a lot of people consider it one of the best Action RPG’s ever made.

I’ve never played it so I have no real opinion on it.

Ringo Ishikawa is on sale on Switch right now.

I also am salty about MML3 being canceled still. Tron Bonne is life ya’ll.

Lets just spark a Congressional Inquiry while we’re at it.

i honestly expect capcom to just fold the darkstalkers cast over into street fighter at some point. i used to think they were so powerful it wouldn’t make sense but with sfv placing strider in the same universe that’s out the window.

They folded Ruby Heart into street fighter. They could find a way to bring in Darkstalkers.

Teddy Roosevelt was that dude. In 3rs grade when we were doing projects on presidents, I happened to get Roosevelt. I didn’t think much of it back then but knowing about him now and how his appearance inspired the big bad of the Sonic games, yeah, that does make me chuckle.

I thought that Zeku-Strider shit was just an Easter egg, Strider is actually part of SF canon now?

yup! zeku is the first strider and strider now takes place sometime later in the timeline.

What Street Fighter game is Ruby Heart in?

I always thought they should have folded Rival Schools into Street Fighter since they share a universe anyway, and Rival Schools deserves it.

Ruby Heart needs to be moved to Darkstalkers or Warzard (maybe even Devil May Cry). She’d fit better in those

Hell, fold Warzard into Darkstalkers as a matter of fact

Just do more with Warzard period.
