I has dem all and has played dem all

Quantum of Solace was like a 5-8 hour third-person shooter. It’s a pretty fun TPS for how basic it is.

Blood stone was the same. 5 to 8 hour TPS that was pretty fun, but nothing amazing. It and Quantum are like the perfect 7/10 game.

The Goldeneye remake(on PS3) was terrible. Enemy hit reactions are worse than they were on N64. On n64, depending were you shot them they’d react accordingly. You could shoot them in the ding dong or culo and thered be a unique hit reaction to it. Not in the remake, hit reactions basically don’t exist ALA BorEderlands.

Legends was by the same devs as the Goldeneye remake and I just couldn’t get into it. I dropped it and the Goldeneye remake pretty quickly.

I’d say the best James Bond games are still on n64 and PS2 era consoles.

The World Is Not Enough on the PS1 is also pretty good. Didn’t mind the GoldenEye remake outside of it being a little long winded. For purely nostalgic reasons I prefer From Russia With Love to all the other games.

Long story short Vic got accused of sexual harassment from some girls sometime last year and Funi and everyone associated with them have blacklisted him since.

Accusations and no proof are all you need these days. People white knight for non existent women now. Remember Ellie the Overwatch player :unamused:

Yeah, guess I am skipping the Xbox for another console generation.

Although if the PS5 has backwards compatibility with PS4, PS3, PS2 and PS1 games, that console is good as bought.

I remember loving Everything or Nothing on ps2, the 1st motorcycle level in particular being a fond memory. Never got around to from Russia with Love, heard it was good tho

You guys think there’s even a market for a diccless Xbox?

It is the next best in my book. Really enjoyed William Dafoe as the main villain.

P.S. There was a market for PSP Go back in the day, so I think there will be a market for a discless new XBox too.

But the PSP go was a failure.
It relied on a internet infrastructure that wasnt there yet

I am sure it did better than PlayStation TV and Game Boy Micro, so it was not a total disaster.

Well the PSP go got rid of the UMD drive, but it was more pocket sized, got a better battery and it can bluetooth sync with a PS3 controller (as well as having a TV out).

Sony considers it a failure of business but a success in what it taught them for future developements.

I want a Go. Will get one eventually.

Imo the Go just simply came out at the wrong time. People weren’t ready for a 100% digital software playing hardware yet. People arguably still aren’t but not as apprehensive as when the go first launched. Steam, Origins and the rising digital gaming market percentages prove this.

I think if the Go had been the next step in the Vita or as an ā€œall digitalā€ version of the Vita it would have been a lot better received.

It’s a cute little piece of tech but had so much h going against it. Mainly so many of PSP UMD based games weren’t available digitally. That hurt it the most. It was missing access to so many of ā€œmust haveā€ titles.

It was basically an overpriced handheld PSOne.

People have to pirate a game they already own. Sad but unsurprising.

Diablo II is having its ladder reset on Friday.

I reinstalled it on an old ass PC I have in the guest room. I’m going to roll a new character, most likely a Paladin(hammerdins can bbq the game with shite gear) and I’m going to have a nostalgic filled weekend.

Most of my PC parts will get here on Friday I believe, but my PSU and case are going to take a little longer. All I REALLY want to do is BBQ some people in Tekken online, or maybe even try out Killer Instinct.

Yeah the SecuROM DRM is not even compatible with Windows 10
How SecuRom works, it’s behavior alters existing code that already in Ram.
It’s also how alot of Viruses work, in Microsoft killed the ability to alter code like that on the fly in Win 10. So basically there a whole class of DRM software thats is considered a virus.

There a whole video about it here

Oh yeah you can blame Sony on this one, as they developed and sold the licenses for SecuRom
