The only things in recent memory I’ve bought from activision is Crash Nsane Trilogy, Spyro Trilogy and CTR Nitro
I don’t think I’ve bought anything else from them. At least that I can remember

Fromsoft developed that, Activision was just the publisher.
The only good thing they have done in years are the Crash Trilogy, the Spyro Trilogy, Crash Team Racing Nitro Fueled.
And if you want to be techincal, because they published it, Sekiro.
Outside that, nothing worth a damn, lol.
Edit
And Transformers Devastation.
They made Deadpool too. Which wasn’t bad. Just not good. Lol. It was a fun play through though. I played on my Bro In-Law’s xbone.
Right now, Activision only has COD.
I pressume that they released those remakes to try to improve their catalogue, since they know they cant sustain themselves in the long run with just cod, specially if there are going to be changes on how they can monetize them.
They need to expand their catalogue.
They also seem to be interested on publishing more games again.
The problem is that if they have any chance to have a say on what they publish, it happens what happened with Bungie and Destiny, where the game is stripped down of their potential and becomes a means to see how they can squeeze money from the player base.
I am actually surprised that they have not done that yet with CTR NF.
It feels like a fair game, where the MTX is only there for you to buy as a way to say to Beenox that they should keep the good work.
You mean to say Diablo mobile wasnt a good move? Gtfoh
I actually got every expansion for Destiny 1 and 2 (at the time of my employment) for free through work when I was still at GameStop. All digital. Never played though.
I still consider Blizzard to be a separate entity for now.
But is clear that the influence of Activision is starting to rub on them.
I expect that sooner we will be talking about how and why Blizzard went the Bioware route and became ass.
I loved Destiny 1, despite all its falws, i played every day with my group of friends until the last year when they announced that your progress wouldnt carry over, at that point i stopped because it was a pointless grind imo.
Once i started Destiny 2, i dropped it in 2 weeks, it felt like a dumbed down game.
It also felt boring.
Add that it was a huge regression, they basically reverted the game to a worst state of what Destiny 1 launched.
So, i gave up on the game.
Apparently, it has become a better game now, since Bungie now is free from Activision grip.
But i am not intrerested on going back and grind for who know how much time to get up to date.
It was a fun run, but i have better things to do.
Add that playing destiny robs you of the time that you could expend playing other better games.
I might give Destiny 2 a shot since the base game is free to play and Borderlands is out of the question.
Be aware that is a game where you have to play it constantly, and need a group of people to play it regularly.
Doing the activities alone gets old rather quickly.
In fact, i would say that the only reason why i stayed for years with D1 was because the group of friends i played with.
It was hella fun.
Forsaken was great, man, even though I ultimately stopped playing due to a severe Rocket League addiction.
Apparently, Shadowkeep has continued to move in the right direction. And getting up to level won’t be too tough if you jump in now. They completely revamped the player economy and added a metric shit ton of activities to complete to level up.
I’m definitely going to pick up the expansion once I’m done with BL3, and maybe even sooner.
It’d be fun to run some nightfalls with you and @dn3000 again sometime.
Hey, if you do, let me know and I’ll play some with you.
If you get it on PS4, that is.
I’ll check to see if my buddies are interested. We’re looking for a co-op game to play.
There was a SRK clan on D1, but at the end of the day, only Chadouken, Epidemic and i were active.
And usually played with other people, lol
I wish the new Guilty Gear can make it to the NS in the future. The design is brilliant, which looks like it’s a spectrum of mimicking the anime 2d look in characters in 3d. I’m glad the developers of Blade Strangers took that route as well, which determined a buy. I believe GG’s design to be the standard from my taste of new gen 2d FGs. Anyway, I appreciate what the developers did for the genre with the RCs and other creative things.
I dropped off with D2 shortly after Foresaken. Just played Shadowkeep for the first time, once I saw Bungie was free Assdivison…Activision wanted to support them. Once it was announced they were splitting, Destiny 2 got better at an acclerated pace. BTW Game has a cross save feature now. Which is pretty damned cool. I played D2 on PC with PS4 characters last weekend. Nice to play the game without being confined to 30fps.
Activision only published Sekiro in the west. Otherwise that is 100% FromSoft.
Last “Activision” game I bought but it really doesn’t count.
What’s your PS4 handle? I’m wondering if we ever played together? I know there are quite a few of us playing D1.
