I’m not going to give EA a pass because they finally decided to do right by the Star Wars and give them an actual game without predatory microtransactions…they should have been doing that from jump.
I’m still waiting on what type of bullshit schemes EA might have for Fallen Jedi after its release.

I still find it unfortunate that WB Games decided to add voice acting into the LEGO games. To me the mannerisms, facial expressions and set piece interactions was where the humor was. A lot of the humor was obvious because of the situation but some of it was come to your own conclusion. I really liked that.
I’m all for voice actors getting better paying gigs, sure. But I also feel it doesn’t add anything to the games and takes away from the original style of humor the games had.
But. I am also not their target demographic. They’re mainly for “child’s first video game” or something to play with your children. I’m 33 and I have no kids. So.

No way. The only LEGO game I own is LEGO City Undercover and it’s jokes would not work without dialogue. I was forced to play Star Wars LEGO game with my kid brother once and I hated every moment of the stupid pantomime and lame attempts at physical humor in the cutscenes.
