I was thinking about Skyrim for a minute just now; reminiscing about all the good times with that game… I’ll bet one thing that still has some of the folks at Bethesda scratching their heads was the outcry over the random vampire attacks in towns…fans of the game absolutely hated that shit…I still don’t get the whining about it either; perhaps because I’m admittedly biased in favor of having as much cool vampire shit as possible, especially in games…but it seems I was the only fan who though that idea was awesome and kinda funny. It didn’t even matter if the player was there in town, btw… you come back from an adventure to see that various characters have been murdered because the vampires struck again…ha, it was great.
sheeeittttt, if only that game was perfectly stable like most games I enjoy…it would be a very strong contender for the top spot on my personal “Greatest of All Time” rankings. ( * In contrast… the various versions of Diablo 3…or Dragon’s Crown, Kingdoms of Amalur, Vampyr, etc… in the hundreds and even thousands of hours I’ve enjoyed those; they have never frozen or crashed at any point…not even one time.
Kingdoms of Amalur does have 1 game-breaker, but it’s an avoidable situation if you’ve read up on it or someone tells you in advance not to do that 1 thing…aside from that; no problems.)

heyyyy and right next to it…is Fallout 76!!, on sale for 23.99 at the moment. …these 2 travesties being right next to each other on the sale screen have given me some good laughs today.

Wew, Black Friday hath violated my wallet once again. I picked up a ton of Switch shit.
DBFZ, Power Rangers, Megaman X Collection, Celeste, Risk of Rain 2, Crypt of The Necrodancer, and Downwell.
I also copped another copy of Mario Odyssey (finally, my other cartridge got lost) and a 256 gig SD card from Best Buy. Alongside pretty much all the gift shopping I needed to do for Christmas peeps.
Kinda wanna cop Dat CRASH BANDICOOT on Switch for 15 bucks, but I’d like to do some research on how it runs first. Considering that yung Overwatch for 20 bones too.
All in all, spent about $100 bucks. I think I’m good on my Black Friday purchases. All jokes aside this has probably actually been one of my more… “fiscally responsible” Fridays.

GOG apparently requires ownership of the game to have access to that. I just wishlisted the deluxe edition of Valfaris and will probably get it on Saturday.
