Oh, god, people whining about Zoe Quinn? I must have set the time machine to the wrong year.
Well she made a sexual assault allegation against a game developer on social media. It got him fired and the project was cancelled. He just killed himself.
IIRC there are a couple of secret bosses bringing the total to 19. The first 4 bosses are tutorial bosses and the later bosses make them look like a cakewalk…which they will be for you eventually. Best tip is to not try killing any boss the first few times you fight them, just try to survive as long as possible so you can take note of their pattern. I highly suggest fighting the temptation to youtube bosses and instead figure it out on your own even if it takes a while.
Glad you’re enjoying Titan Souls I made a thread for it when it launched 4 years ago it was one of those games that I was super hyped for and delivered completely to this day it’s still one of my absolute favorite games. After you beat it on normal you unlock hard mode where bosses have different attack patterns and beating that it was something I was proud of. There’s also iron man mode upon completion which is having to beat every boss on 1 life lol and no roll mode too! lol those modes are for true masochists I haven’t even touched them, but will someday.

Eh, Quinn’s games have sold maybe a total of 10 copies combined. She wasn’t relevant back then and I can safely assume she’s done nothing of value since. Her only claim to fame is being harassed and people are just giving her material for another press tour. I don’t follow this kinda stuff anymore so I wasn’t aware of the drama just surprised/annoyed to see the name was back.

And this whole debacle where she accused someone of sexual assault is another shit for her to be on the spotlight.

Sorry I don’t keep up with this stuff but I have some questions.
- Is there any concrete proof that theguy abused her?
- Why does this Quinn person want to be referred to as they? Does she have dissociative identity (multiple personality) disorder?
- Why do all the articles about this just rush to say that it is due to misogynistic gamers not wanting diversity in workplaces? Are they told by their bosses to kowtow to these women? Is it all just political correctness taken to the 9th degree?

Well they were Social Justice Warriors under the old definition. Literally putting their lives at risk to gain equal treatment for the second class citizens of society. Quinn and Sarkeesian are professional victims that co-opted previously honorable terms. Those and others like them are wrapping themselves in the terms to prevent derision. Their profiteering has turned previously honorable terms into insults. Maybe, finally, people will start checking receipts before destroying someone’s life.
