I know, which is why i am speculating.
Is very likely that Sega would be happy to have the GB brand as part of their arcade catalog.
So, apparently the Resident Evil āProject Resistanceā may be a project title for RE Outbreak File #3.
If it is anything like the first and last part of Outbreak or Outbreak File #2 it should be one hell of a package as those two have some of the greatest game segments in any horror game!
Awe, I was hoping for RE3 Remake. But Iāll play that too.
Never really played Outbreak much.
Iāll take a remake of RE3 than a new Outbreak. I never liked the Outbreak games.

The first game is a zombie scenario sampler with varied locations, but unfortunately really drags in some segments. The second game is more free form in its enemy themes and is awesome throughout. If you like classic RE ala 1, 2, and Code Veronica camera/controls then it is a major presentation and quality of life update.
Resident Evil 3 is a bit of a departure from classic gameplay and is mostly an asset flip. I cannot say that the remakes of 1 and 2 are on par with originals in terms of entertainment value. However, I was blown away by the presentation of The Darkside Chronicles (which revisits RE2 and Code Veronica) despite the obvious changes to make it an arcade shooter.

I donāt get why as it has the weakest plot and is an endless fetch quest interrupted by the laughably abusable, rocket launcher armed, immortal super zombie.
Iād personally prefer they keep it a single player affair, but I donāt play later RE games anyway so they can do whatever I best for the new games and if that is co-op then so be I guess.
Thats fine. You donāt have to get it. 3 is one of my favorite RE games. I greatly dislike the Outbreak games, I donāt get the love, and thatās ok.

Itās the game that solidified Jill as an absolute badass. Also Nemesis. Knowing what Capcom did with Mr. X in REmake 2 I can only imagine how much of a trolling fuck they can turn Nemesis into.

Because co-op ruins the atmosphere and experience of horror games imo. Im not interested in it in this context.
5 is the last later RE game I played. It was ok. 6 looked bonkers for all the wrong reasons and I just havenāt tried 7 yet in the face of playing RE2 remake.
Jill was a badass in the original RE. Opening up drawers like its nobodyās business and walking into traps not giving a fuck because she had Barry as backup.
I would like a co-op RE as well. I played the hell out of RE5 and RE6 because of the co-op.

I can understand not playing 6. It was weak outside Mercenaries mode. 7 was really good imo.
Speaking of Mercenaries, Capcom should do a whole Mercenaries game with characters and enemies from all the whole series. Revamp and upgrade some shit and sell for 40$. Iād be all over it.
