Video Game General 6.4: New Halo? What else?

She is. Lightning is my main in Dissidia, though, and probably my second favorite Final Fantasy gal.

Monolith Soft, the creators of Xenoblade Chronicles are hiring more designers for an upcoming Legend of Zelda title:

Zelda RPG???

Monolift helped design the open world for Breath of the Wild. Itā€™s likely they are doing the same for the next Zelda game.

Oh, didnā€™t know that. Enlightening

Yeah Monolith has been doing ALOT of behind the scenes work for Nintendo projects since XBC

Toshihiro Nagoshi is the director and creator for Spike Out and the Yakuza series so the link is there. Thatā€™s why he brought it up. Die Hard Arcade/Dynamite Deka had a different creator and director.

The Yakuza and Shenmue comparisons are always a sure sign of someone who doesnā€™t know what they are talking about.

Way to come across as a total elitist cunt.

Itā€™s not elitist if Iā€™m right.

There are some things pulled from Shenmue, just as thereā€™s also elements pulled from other Sega games. So the ā€œX series vs Y seriesā€ will always be dumb until people pull their heads out of their ass and ACT LIKE THEY KNOW.

EDIT: The other side of the coin is, people donā€™t know Sega, which is also true. Sega has a big role in that though so I blame, like 2%, of the gaming community on that one, and the rest on the companies infighting.

How are these guys pushing out the update so fast and Iā€™m still waiting for that Wizard of Legend hype?

:sob:

All of my favorites are B-list characters. Faris, Yuffie, Nabaat. Not likely for Dissidia. :frowning:

correction, Wizard of Legend finally pushed the update.

All other games are trash. Time for more Wizard ass kicking action.

Trying to find info on why Shadow of Tomb Raider dropped so quick in price. Is the game broken or something?

Mistakes are a natural part of self improvement and any successful research.

P.S. The Dynamite Deka games are fun Arcade 3D beat 'em ups by Sega, but they do not share the ability to control space like SpikeOut and prominently used quicktime events. They also lacked a lot of the polish of SpikeOut. However, it is very likely that Dynamite Deka was used as reference when creating SpikeOut.

IMo this is just my own speculation but Shadow came out very close to Spider-man PS4 and it seemed to get overlooked by many.

I got it over Black Friday last year at 30$. I was surprised that it was on sale to begin with.
I just started playing it last night and thereā€™s nothing overtly wrong with it.

Reviews seemed to say that it felt lke more of the same as the last 2 reboot games so maybe thats why the scores werent as good.

That Spiderman thing makes sense. I was wondering what was up. I thought it was a Destiny 2 situation

Look, as someone who loves Minwu, Sabin, Barret, Wakka, Paine, Vanille, Haurchefant, and Aranea? I feel your pain. I really do.
