Have you played a Bethesda game on console? You got Anthem bricking consoles.
I play on console and PC with PC being the primary platform I play on. I love the options it gives and often times get a better experience. When I have games for both platforms I can really feel the difference. Monster Hunter World on PS4 and PC are like night and day.

Fortunately, Bethesda is a rare case of unrivaled incompetence and generally broken bullshit. It seems like modern-day BioWare is trying to compete for that championship belt though with how fucked up certain things in Anthem are…so far I’ve only heard about the “possible bricking” happening with the PS4 version though. I can’t think of another company and major game on console that is anywhere near as fucked up as your average Bethesda game though, so it’s not like that shit is a rampant thing on the console side of the industry. Generally speaking—you know without even needing to do 2 seconds of research that a game on XB1 or PS4 or Switch IS going to work for the platform it was designed to work on… never a need to look up system requirements and wonder “hmm…can my machine run this on reasonable settings?”

Company reminds me…it really is quite a shame that I need to just give up on the future of Elder Scrolls franchise… It’s wise to just cut ties and move on, because we all know it will be a buggy, half-working piece of junk, just like their other games. I think Fallout 76 was the last straw for many of their fans.

Why would I play Bethesda games? They are overrated buggy pieces of shit that run poorly on consoles and require fans mods to function properly on PC. People need to stop buying their bullshit. Anthem is shitty game. In the 40 plus years of consoles. how often have you heard of game that bricks systems?
I’ve been game on console and PC. Started taking PC more seriously a little over a decade ago. I a hardcore gamer. The casual Joe blow doesn’t want to deal with driver updates. Or rolling back a driver because the new version is trash. For the hardcore gamer, outside of Nintendo and Sony exclusives, a console isn’t needed. Once crossplay becomes more common, probably next gen, their will be less of a reason for hardcores to own consoles. However hardcores are not most gamers.

Awesome to see MK8D still hanging on since it was essentially a launch title.
Yokai watch 3 being that high in 3ds software is strange. The series has became less and less significant with each title. Cool that Bowsers Inside story climbed a bit tho.
NSMBU actually wasn’t poorly received when it first came out. I saw a lot of posts saying it was the best of the New series so far and people did enjoy it…only issue is that it’s still part of the New series so people who are opposed to the New series seemed to not enjoy it regardless.
reviews in general were actually solid when it first released.
Also gotta consider that this is still a 2D Mario game regardless so unless the game is complete garbage the game is going to sell to the people who just want a more simple platformer that’s similar to the older games and this is the closest thing to that…well until SMM2 comes out…with all the troll levels.

Nintendo was silly to name it NEW Super Mario Bros. Why not go back to numbers? Seemed easier to follow. I look at my DS and Wii copy and that ain’t new and never will be again.

It’s nice seeing Ace Combat 7 on the top 10. Flight Sims are dying breed and good to see the genre stay alive.
Even if you do not like Anthem, at least that means we will get the next Dragon Age now instead of BioWare being shit canned.

That depends on if EA is satisfied with it’s sales. Battlefield V sold $7 million copies and they called that a disappointment.
I actually really enjoyed NSMBU. But I’m a 2D Mario stan. 2D Mario will always be gaming bliss to me.
