Pretty sure the gameplay shown was from the PS4 version, on keyboard they’ll most likely let you switch weapons using keyboard numbers with the option of using the scroll wheel.
Freedom Planet is fucking great, it’s like the love child of Sonic and Treasure’s genesis games, I’d definitely recommend giving the demo a shot if you have a Wii-U.
Mick Gordon doing the Soundtrack for doom is great, good to see him getting more high profile work. Wolfenstein’s soundtrack was great and KI’s soundtrack is phenomenal.

5 minutes guys…I’ll try to update this post for people who can’t watch the conference.
Ok it’s starting…they’re playing an intro vid with various games in it that represent Xbox. Marcus, Lara Croft, uh…some dude who looks like prince of persia and the chief…while using the Man of Steel theme.
Lady coming out and talking…they’re going right into Halo 5: Guardians. Rolling right into what looks like an ingame story trailer. They got actors out the wazoo in this game. Nathan Fillion…Keith David… Now we’re going into actual campaign gameplay. Playing as Locke. Gotta say Microsoft’s stage looks pretty nice in tandem with this game. Graphics look pretty good so far. Shit’s going down, EXPLOSIONS! They got 4 people playing through his campaign. Looks like you might be able to help people on their feet ala Gears…but not sure if that was scripted or not. SHOTTYS TO THE FACE. Looks like Lock was about to catch a facial before they cut it. Looks like demo is done and now they’re going into a gameplay montage. Ending with title and release date for 10/27/15. Ok…they’re still talking about Halo though. environments 5 times the size he said? Showing a trailer for the multiplayer now. Looks like a good number of players…this mode is called WarZone.
Ok now they’re moving on to something else…Microsoft exclusive. Looks like a lady in a deserve with a robot dog? A game by Inafune and the makers of Metroid? Armature? It’d have to be Armature that’s the only way that would make sense…lol. None of this is gameplay…it’s all CG but it’s kinda interesting…Dog just blew himself up to get rid of some enemies and left his core…aand I think she…yup she puts it in a bot they just found and she now has a bigger robot pal instead of a dog. Game is called Recore…and it’s coming in Spring 2016.
Now Phil is coming out on the stage. Recore is an exclusive first party franchise. Phil: ‘Greatest lineup in Xbox history’. He’s about to go into features…OH SHIT…HE JUST ANNOUNCED 360 BC COMPATABILITY. Games will be available natively on the console…retail games will work. Now they’re playing Mass Effect 1 on the console. Runs exactly how it does on 360 but with Xbone features, so you can take pictures and what not, can play games with other 360 owners. Will be made available this holiday season. Also just be clear…not all of your games will work immediately so pretty much BC is gonna work the way it did on 360.
Phil is now showing the new xbone elite controller. has tabs you can put on the back for stuff…components can be swapped out and customized…not feeling that dpad. They just showed a glimpse of Gears remastered.
Todd Howard from Bethesda just showed up. He’s about to talk about Fallout 4 for Xbone. If you watched Bethesda’s conference they aren’t really showing anything new so far. Still showing fallout 4 gameplay, dude in suit is mowing down enemies. CHUNKS… Mods made on PC will be able to be shared for free on Xbone. I just saw something flash on my screen saying that Fallout 3 was going to be offered with Fallout 4? they didn’t say anything about it in the conference though…
Now Peter Moore so HERE COME THE SPORTS! EA Access people will get to play games earlier than everyone else on August 20th…including Need for speed and the New Madden. Titanfall is also joining it this week. Dragon Age Inquisition is also going to get added. EA Access will be free for a week for Xbox Gold members to try to get people in on it.
Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 officially announced. Coming in Spring next year…playing trailer for it now. plants and zombies blowing each other up to the music of Dangerzone…one zombie just called down a Titan.
Now we’re talking about racing…I’m guessing this is Forza 6. Yyyyup Forza 6…lowering a GT car down to the microsoft stage. Uh…you…don’t really need to do that. Why? You could just show that in the game. How much money did you guys pay to do this? lol Ok now they’re showing gameplay footage of the game…while putting the GT back up in the ceiling. World Premiere trailer from namco bandai…it’s Dark Souls III. It’s a CG trailer so no ingame footage. Someone is picking up a crown and placing it on their head. Lots of gothic and dark imagery…tombs. A…u…Giant? with a big ass cleaver? and he’s kinda glowing and catching on fire. Early 2016.
Moving into another game…looks like The division…It’s a ubisoft game…yup it’s The Division. Seems to be a sotry trailer with ingame footage. Looking pretty good so far still. People getting gunned down…explosions in the streets. Now a guy Laurent Detoc has come out…Pres of Ubisoft Americas. I’m expecting them to jump into a demo. Xbone owners get a beta for the game in Dec.
Moving right into Rainbow Six Siege. Vegas and Vegas 2 will be included in the BC patch aaand will come free with Rainbow Six Siege. Ok not moving into a demo but an in game trailer. Game will be out Oct. 13th. Game looks great still planning on getting it.
Ok a Windows 10 and Xbone exclusive now. Cartoony graphics…kinda looks like Windwaker in a way but not quite. Game is called Gigantic. Game will be F2P. Beta in August.
Now they’re going into an indie games montage that included some soom footage of Cuphead.

Steve Gaynor comes out and now they’re showing a game called Tacoma from Fullbright that’s going to debut exclusive to Xbone. First person game. Looks like it’s also going to be on PC. Character using sign language to open a door. coming 2016…looked interesting.

Not entirely certain what this is about but the graphics are kind of simplistic…oh…aand someone just died to some creature he was checking out. So this might be some type of creepy explorer type game…aaand there’s some very large creature flying through the sky. again…interesting.
Ok going into another indie game called Beyond Eyes. Game is extremely colorful. Game will be first on Xbone and PC. Looks kinda Water color based in terms of graphics. Coming out this summer.
Now they’re going into Cuphead. People actually know what this is it seems which is good lol. They’re showing a new trailer for. Game’s style is amazing. It looks just like a living cartoon. Love the artstyle.
Now they’re talking about Xbox Game Preview…so now people can play some ID games while they’re in development. Dayz will be among the games included with that. People can take part in that later today.
Creator of DayZ is coming out to talk about his new IP that’s coming out exclusive on Windows 10 and Xbone. Game is called Ion. Can’t tell if this is just a CG trailer or not…looks interesting of course…
Crystal Dynamics is out an they are now doing a demo of Rise of the Tomb Raider. She popped a flare when through a cave and came out on top of a mountain. Looks very blizzardy and cold. Lara is with some black guy who…uh…gave her this weird look from behind lol. They’re doing some ice climbing and now they have to watch out for falling rocks. This black guy is so dead. Brothers don’t do this shit lol. No lara…WE didn’t make it…k lara is falling and now she’s hanging onto the black guy who’s trying to pull her up or swing her to a place she can latch onto. YAAAY AN AVALANCHE…why not? Storm seems to be getting worse…sshe just went through some icicles head first…OW…she’s doing a lot of drastic climbing around on this mountain as all hell seems to be breaking loose around her. She got buried aaand now she looks like she’s stranded on the mountain…with the black guy nowhere in sight lol. now it’s showing gameplay footage of various parts of the game. Looks pretty good…coming Nov. 10th.

Craig Duncan the Rare studio head comes out to speak. So here’s a new exclusive game from Rare. Footage is supposed to be Real-Time in game. Looks very colorful so far…environment is very lush and full of vegetation and grass…has a cartoon type style…now they’re a ship. Looks like it could be multiplayer. Looks like it’s high seas type adventure game. Pirates perhaps?..game is called Sea of Thieves.

New version of minecraft built specifically for HoloLens…ok I wasn’t sure how this was gonna work out but I will admit this is kind of cool. Looks like it still needs some work but it’s experimental of course. I’m slightly impressed. I’m pretty sure that the price for this thing will be ‘impressive’ too. I’m very curious how this stuff works and how it’s going to work in average households.
ALRIGHT Rod Fergusson! GEAR of War Ultimate Edition. Coming in August. 1080p 60fps. 1 week public beta starting today. Now moving right into what I’m guessing is Gears 4. One guy one girl don’t know who these characters are…almost thought it was Baird but it’s not. Game looks nice…they are inspecting a building…notable Gears ominous gears music playing in the background. Having quite seen the enemy yet. showcasing WTF…A weird looking tornado? Shit’s going down. using the chainsaw to break through a chained gate. rocks tumbling down. This tornado means business. They’re trying to get inside and make it. Still haven’t seen seen what it was they were shooting at earlier…but they’re trying to chase it down. There’s some nasty glowy stuff that they’re trying to avoid. Roadie run still look…aand there’s big and ugly…instead of the one monster thing they were attacking earlier now they’re dealing with 3. Gears footage cuts off just as main guy was about to get his face sucked/ripped off. Coming holiday 2016 of course.
Phil Spencer coming out on stage now to deliver his closing statements it seems. New xbox user experience is coming and well be shown on their E3 after show later. Now we’re going into the closing video montage. Not a bad conference imo. Most of the stuff I wasn’t personally interested in but I think it was pretty solid…OH…I just realized that CoD really didn’t show up at their conference this year. That rumor is probably true then!
