That is why Halo the Master Chief Collection, Assassin Creed Unity, Watch Dogs, Destiny and every Call of Duty and Battlefield game in the last few years are glitchy pieces of shit. They all got rushed to meet unrealistic deadlines. Even Grand Thief Auto Five as well praised as it was was a glitchy mess, so glitchy that 5-6 years ago it would of been inexcusable. Diablo III, the original PC version shipped with a game breaking glitch that caused the servers to be taken down as they patched the game on day fricking one. This is why companies like Valve, Nintendo, and obviously Atlus a few others take their fricking time on titles.
Yoooo…this game could actually be pretty fucking good.
I like that your gear will only tether to a building if it’s actually there. From that video the gameplay looks pretty responsive and you have a shit ton of maneuverability options. That dude was spinning circles around those titans, and had complete control of what he wanted to do in the air. Slashing those fuckers down looks satisfying as hell. What worries me is that it kind of looks like it would get repetitive if they don’t add in at least a few more factors to the game, like being able to go places other than the city, and having different types and sizes of titans.
I also wonder if you’ll get to actually play as a titan too, considering what happens to Eren in the show…and that’s also got me thinking about how absolutely fucking sick this game could be if it has multiplayer. Think about it: one giant human enemy player against 5 or 6 small human players? Shit would be like Evolve but at an insane pace.
Tbh I’m hoping all this anti-fireball shit gives Capcom the excuse to fuck around with different types of projectiles as well, not necessarily full on animu game shit with summoned stuff flying around in all directions but just something different as well as the conventional fireballs that travel forwards in a straight line.
Was doing some spring cleaning on my imgur account, ran across this gem I had forgotten I had made about my thoughts on what the ending of the NES Ducktales should have been. Figured ya’ll might appreciate it.
