Failed Case 4 in Ace Attorney twice so far. They need checkpoints, not so much for you to save scum. But just so you don’t gotta go through ALL the dialog again. Like maybe a checkpoint after each critical moment. Because it is annoying starting the whole trial over
There’s not much of a need for checkpoints when you can save at almost every single moment of the game. If you’re about to take a game-ending penalty, save that shit.
Hmm true true. I just got passed the first trial day, now looking for more evidence. This is fun as hell, but this is streamlined lawyer life. I cant imagine how annoying and stressful being a real one is lol
PS4 is the top selling console for the month once more. Apparently the batman bundle helped quite a lot with this. Xbone sales are up 51% year over year and Wii U and 3DS both combined are 20% up. 3DS on its own accounts for most of it with 40% up year over year which Nintendo said is because of the n3DS XL.
Software sales went as follows Batman Arkham Knight, Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited, Lego Jurassic World, Witcher 3, Splatoon, Minecraft, GTA V, MKX, NBA 2k15, and CoD: AW.
Notes about the sales: Batman Arkham Knight is the second highest selling game this year…that’s not including the PS4 bundles. Otherwise MKX is still the top selling unbundled game this year. Arkham Knight also apparently has exceeded Arkham City’s sales a bit. This helped put WB’s sales up 217% year over year. Splatoon’s sales for the US have almost hit half a mill while MK8 has gone past the 2 mill mark.
Actually…apparently until recently this wasn’t too far off from how the Japanese Legal System actually worked, exaggerated and quirky characters notwithstanding. You actually had to be Phoenix Level in order to land Not Guilty verdicts. Nick gets more Not Guilty Verdicts in AA1 than most Japanese Defense Attorneys got their entire careers. And he needed a crap ton of help for most of those.
Anyway, game wise, good news. Things tighten up in JFA. It’s a relatively weak game in the series but it does streamline and brighten up the actual gameplay. Plus THANKFULLY after AA1 they tend to only have cases go for 2 Days rather than the 3 that they had you doing in AA1 half the time. You’ll be on Cases 4-5 for the next week.
I remember reading how one defender is considered really good as he won 2 cases in his 45 year career.
A Legal code where your guilty unless proven innocent and a defense lawyers job is not to get you out of a conviction but get you prepared to plea guilty and ask for leniency of the court.
Beat case 4. Holy shit that was crazy. Like whoa. These cases are interesting man. I came into the series thinking you’d be doing normal shit just presented in exaggerated form. But Case 2&4 were too damn good, in how they were linked to characters past in a plot heavy way that’s like whoa. Not sure if im supposed to be moving this fast
Rule of thumb:
Have you progressed through a really long conversation? Save the game.
Are you supposed to make s decision or present evidence? Save the game.
