Was pretty awesome in Eternal Darkness though.
Once again a shinning example of a interactive movie.
The problem I have with this is that it’s so scripted and railed that once you watch the preview you get the exact same experience playing it. This is fine for movies or mediums which entail a passive example but for games this should be unacceptable.
It feels less like the game reacts to you and more like your reacting to the game.

My GCN died about 7 months in. Disk read error happened when I was playing Eternal Darkness. Only Nintendo console I ever had a problem with but after they repaired it worked fine til the day I shelved it. Can’t say the same for Xbox and PS…

I wanna see if there’ gonna be any news on stuff like Mighty #9, Shantae: Pirate’s Curse (Did that get cancelled? I haven’t heard a single thing about it for a while now), Shantae: Half-Genie Hero, and a few other stuff.
I know Orochi is salty but a police themed Battlefield sounds kind of fun actually.
Having never played a Battlefield game (although I have 3 bought it for $1 in that GDLK EA humblebundle) I would definitely be interested in what is now dubbed Battlefield: SWAT, also I’ll play anything made by Visceral they’re one of the best developers around, but an open world Star Wars RPG done in the bloody, dark, depressing style of Visceral Games would be incredible, it’s sad we’re not getting that anymore at least not from them.
Seeing as how EA has a deal with Disney to have the exclusive right to make Star Wars games for the next 10 years I do expect a Star Wars game announcement at E3 and hope it doesn’t suck.
My problem is not that you like nintendo, my problem is that you have been showing an incredible amount of myopia when it comes about games.
There are a lot of companies doing great games out there, some people already mentioned a few of them, and like i said, you know that i am all about calling out companies when they fuck up, but is foolish to act like they can’t deliver good games too.
Also, you keep acting like if nintendo is without any fault, if they get a lot of players flack is because they themselves put it on that position.

The 3DS Shantae game got delayed (as did the steam port of Risky’s Revenge annoyingly enough.)
Personal opinion. SWAT themed battlefield sounds like Counter Strike + vehicles with a high player count. That doesnt seem like it will go well
