I was a SC adict for like a years, school at night, then SC all night, sleep by day wake up, play SC and go to school, loop for a year, then i got a job and stop because sleep was killing me…
-
I owned Rygar for PS2 day 1, and really liked, because i love the arcade game over any other arcade plataform game…
-
I played FF7 and any other PS FF until i got a PS2 in 2001, i was a N-fan till the N64
-
I got into the MW2 hype, but didn’t really liked the game, i sold it a few days after
-
I like KOF more than SF
-
I like pokemon but never really like the RSE era, i love RB and GS over any other… dont have a DS at the moment but shoddy battle/pkmn-online supply my pkmn addiction lol
-
oh yeah, i can’t play competitive games for fun, either take it seriously or don’t play it, i can stand loosing, but can’t stand not knowing how to play it…
What do ya mean?
…I never beat SMB…
…I never beat Battletoads, even using Game Genie…
…I think Ultima in FF3/6 was lame…Merton + whole team with Fire shield > greater…
…I had Game Genie for NES and SNES…and I used them…alot…
- :bluu:
Just started my first playthrough of Metal Gear Solid last night. Super late pass.
I did this too, those cracks on the blocks were misleading.
- The first Metal Gear game I owned and completed was MGS2
-
I consider FFVIII the best FF game ever (I’ve never played VII), in fact it’s one of my favourite games of all time. And I’ve never finished it.
-
On the other hand, I consider GTA4 a massively overrated piece of shit and the biggest letdown for me.
-
Saints Row 2 is the next gen GTA that never was.
-
Fallout 3 was a huge disappointment to me after Oblivion.
-
I caught 147/151 Pokemon in Blue, I was probably 9 years old. :crybaby:
-
I have a savefile in FFX where I clocked over 100 hours playing Blitzball exclusively.
-
I couldn’t play horror games or watch horror movies when I was younger. As a result, RE5 was my first Resident Evil game and I loved it, despite missing out on the entire series. I used to have a poster which pretty much explained everything about the series story.
-
I still play Sims games.
-
Rayman 1 & 2 were masterpieces in my opinion, shame the series went down.
-
I had a demo of Legend of Dragoon which I played through over 50 times, each time trying to see how far I could lvl up the characters. I got the game about a year ago and have barely touched it.
-
Despite my constant complaints for them (minor annoyances frustrate me beyond belief when it comes to gaming), and my current yearning for a quality single player game, 90% of my gaming time goes to SSF4 and MW2.
-
I hated SF4 and love SSF4. Reason = Cody
i don’t think you should be allowed to call ff8 the best ff game ever without playing the other ff’s. and i don’t think you should be allowed to call it your favourite game of all time if you’ve never even finished it.
p.s. if i can ruin the ending for you: it sucks
You have* terrible* judgement. Resident Evil 4 was atrocious.
I still haven’t beat Twilight Princess, I can’t seem to make myself play it even though I want to.
Tiwlight Princess is a humongous letdown. Don’t feel too bad about not playing it. Okami is a much much better example of the action adventure genre.
I couldn’t and still dont like horror movies, but RE was the exception and played all but 1, 2, 3 and CV are the best, 0 and 4 are meh, and 5 was a 3rd person shooter for me… 2 and CV are the best for me…
I like Maximum Impact 2/ Reg. A more than SFIV.
I’ve never finished a GTA game and I thought IV sucked.
I hate sim racing games like Forza and GT.
I can’t beat any incarnation of SF2. Never have.
Partly this is due to nostalgia i admit, but i don’t care what anyone says, i LIKED the Sega CD damnit!
The console, add-on, whatever you want to call it, had potential! And when developers bothered to ultilize it properly it could definitely outperform the SNES, Sega’s only rival at the time.
Just look at Final Fight CD: To this day it is the BEST version of the classic in existence, including the arcade. Not only did it reproduce everything from the arcade faithfully, but it made it even better with a sweeeet rocking soundtrack. Both SNES ports were respectable efforts, but were still crap by comparison with its missing guy(or cody in FF:Guy), missing stages, no female fighters, and smaller less detailed sprites.
And i don’t think i have to talk about Sonic CD much. Still regarded today as one of, if not the Best, 2D Sonic titles EVER.
Sadly with Sega’s crap marketing and other companies low faith in the add-on, few games had such efforts put into them to turn out that well.
memories
- I bought “Tomb Raider” just to exploit Lara’s panties somehow
- The last madden game I bought was in 07
- I traded my Sega Saturn for NES! (/facepalm)
- Instead of getting Virtual On (which was popular at the time), I got Independence Day
- I owned Shaq Fu and played it competitively
- Never played ANY Zelda game outside the ones for GB
- I actually died in Hidden Palace Zone without fighting Knuckles
- I bought RPG Maker 3 thinking I would be the next big thing
- Tifa fanboy
- I thought Super Princess Peach was good
- I did what it took to catch Mew back in R/B, which was anything
Did you shoot yourself quickly, afterwards?
As many times as I try to like Zelda, I can’t.
wanted to :0
that was one of the ones I’m pretty embarrassed about.
I use to play Flyff so much that my grades started to drop.
Same thing happened with TF2.
I never finish majority of the single player games that I buy.
I use to buy Sega games that didn’t have Sonic as the main character, cause I hated how all his new games suck.
I figured out some code on some street fighter game (think it was one of the EX games) that would make me do crazy damage and have super defense. I would crush my friends constantly by cheating.
I should clarify that I consider it the best of the ones I’ve played, which is a fair few, and whether I finished it or not shouldn’t affect whether or not I consider it my favourite game. I got as far as the end of Disc 3, THREE times but each time something happened, Data got erased, got stuck on an island in the Over World (or whatever they’re referred to as in RPG’s) and finally, lost my PS1 memory card, also the reason why I still haven’t finished it, no way to save my data.
