I had a nightmare a while ago that I was being terrorized by Crystal Snail from Megaman X2.
Back at Otakon this year, I was playing Third Strike and using Sean. Someone came up to me after I crouched lk 3 times before hadou burst and said "Wow i didn’t know you can hit confirm that into hadou burst! " At the time, i didn’t know what hit confirming was.
I just learned I don’t like modern horror games. While I don’t necessarily like being scared, what I hate even more is playing a game enough to not be scared by it, and then realize it’s just an OK action game.

I seem to be too harsh of judgement on a game when I first try it.
I’m still in the first chapter of Castlevania Lords of Shadows (btw, first single player game I’ve played in a good while) and after doing about 3 levels, I honestly can’t stand the game. I just wanna turn it back in and rent something else.
Similar occurrences with just about every FPS on the market now (don’t get me started).
I seriously miss the days when all I really played was my GBA, and I was content with what few games I owned for nearly 3 years. I recently started replaying Megaman Battle Network 3, and I must say, the replay value of this game is much higher than most stuff out now.
I go through DS3 controllers when I lose on SSF4 Online. I blame lag but deep down I know that its just me being crap.
I really liked FFVIII.
I once wanted to trade SF2 on the SNES for Mortal Kombat 1…
I have 2 of the 4 .hack games but have only played 10 mins of the first.
Pokemon Pearl has taken away 10 days of my life.
MGS4 just doesnt appeal to me and so I won’t finish it.
I have bought some really crappy football games and tried to like them.
Star Gladiator is awesome. Blood is badass.
If I download a PS2 game I tend not to care about it as much as a bought game.

I buy more games then I could ever possibly play.
You sound like someone I know. I’m sure at this very moment, he is either playing video games or asleep from playing video games for so long.
-I spent a ton of money playing Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune on the arcade when I was in the army. And I got pumped on the trance music in the game.
-I got DJ hero and got hyped on the game for a month and then never touched it.
-I got Black Ops but I still spend more time on Modern Warfare 2 than Black Ops.
-On Gran Turismo 5 I spend more time playing with the Japanese region drifting and doing the special stage “wangan” online than anything else.
-I might be quitting video games next year for a while, though that could change.
-Only played one FF game, X. Never finished it.
-Never finished a Zelda game.
-I erased the data on a cousin’s Pokemon Red save where he had like 30+ pokemon at level 100 when I was younger (Later that day I fell down like 2 flights of stairs, pretty sure I was pushed, can’t remember).
-I would trade in every FPS I own/ever owned for a remake of TimeSplitters: Future Perfect with today’s graphics and tech.
-I bought a Wii like 2 months after it came out along with SSX On Tour (I think) and Twilight Princess. Hated both of those games, especially Twilight Princess.
-I try not to bring up games in conversation, and I very rarely talk about fighting games on a competitive level.

I can’t beat Mega Man without the pause glitch.
I’ve never beaten Mega Man 4 without cheats, never finished Mega Man 5, 6 or 9 period.
I haven’t played 75% of my retro game collection (in my defense I have a lot of crap games).
I spend more time reading about games online than playing them.
Haven’t played a game online (besides two MMOs, Star Wars Galaxies and Final Fantasy XI) since Call of Duty 2. CoD2 was the second game I played online, the first being Diablo II.
I enjoyed Final Fantasy XIII, hate XII and consider VII, VIII and IX to be the greatest streak a game series had ever been on. Final Fantasy IX is my favorite game of all time.
Mass Effect 2 was the biggest gaming disappointment I’ve ever experienced.

I took all my daughters video games away from her and told her that if she can’t finish the original Sonic or the original Mario Bro, she can never play games again. she is 6 year old.

-In Modnation Racers, I finally made a character based on a certain Prophet recently…the depiction of this person in any media greatly pisses off a certain religious group every time, apparently. Of course, I’d prefer to not get my head cut off, so there is no way I will play that character online or publish it to the game servers.
-I still have no interest in the main Final Fantasy franchise, but I recently got FF13 free as a gift… I’ll play it only to get some more trophies on my profile, basically.
-It’s becoming more likely that I will indeed purchase DC Universe Online, even though I am opposed to that “keep paying indefinitely to play” business model. It sickens me to cave in on this issue, but the game looks SO much like the ultimate superhero game I’ve always daydreamed about since childhood. (*Hey game devs out there…what the hell took you so long with such an idea?)

I hate the story mode of FPS, i think they are too uncomplicated. But i also suck in online play for FPSs

And I think I said this before but if I’m too lazy to buy a game I’ll just watch the walktgrough on YT. And count it as played (Dead Rising, Dead Space, Bioshock).
