That is wrong. Anyone who buys anything from these guys should consider themselves to blame for being idiots. Seriously. They can’t make it more obvious.
The fact they are charging people full price for unshipped preorders says a lot. If you take them on their offer to switch to a HRAP at those prices I’ve got a bridge to sell you.

The 50 TE’s should definately go to the first 50 people who paid, with those who actually had their cash in vgc’s account getting priority.

As many different lies as VGC has told people, and as shady as their operation is, I’d be surprised if they actually received any. I hope enough people file complaints with the BBB and other consumer watchdog groups to really hurt their business.
The company you work for is terrible Kuai. I was told by Randy that I was in the first 15 of people to preorder on the list. I also asked if VGC got ANY sticks, he said no, I asked again if VGC got a single stick and he said no. You now say that your company did and randomly chose who would get a stick and confirm that he lied to me. You sir helped push me over the edge to file all complaints listed on my original post and I will be using your post here on this forum as partial proof of the unfair and incompetent business practices of Video Game Central. Add onto that the screen grabs I took of your site before you started modifying it and the recorded phone calls into customer service and I hope I can contribute to the downfall of this awful business. This turned out to be a misread. The poster responded to my PM and here’s what he said:
“Sorry I did order a SE stick, sorry for the confusion.”
So we have yet to have a single person come forward and say that VGC actually shipped them a TE stick.

Um why are they randomly selecting pre-orders? Shouldn’t they be giving them out on who pre-ordered first? Otherwise wtf it the point of a pre-order.
Well, I finally broke down and bought an HRAP EX from PlayAsia.com for 150+60(shipping)=210. I’ve had it with VCG. I canceled my preorder for the TE and wanted the HRAP EX, which at the time was listed as 129.99 on their website, but the idiot ordered the Pro 3 for PS3 instead. Now the EX is listed as 189.99 and everywhere else domestically it’s sold out. Ebay was the only other option, but people are hiking up the prices to 200+ and rightfully so.
I haven’t heard anything bad about PlayAsia, but I hope they aren’t anything like VCG.
Fixed :P. Anyone here honestly think that they would send the TE sticks out to customers at $149 price when they could ebay it for more than double the price? Even Japanvideogames.com is guilty of jacking up prices. Only Play-Asia and Amazon(not counting 3rd party sellers) aren’t screwing their customers.

I gotta give Barnes & Noble a plug 'cause I ordered and SFiv Fightstick from them on the 15th Feb and it was processed and I received it here in Australia last Thursday, the 19th via UPS.
I paid Paypal and the money was not taken out until after they shipped my stick. Their whole process is really awesome because they constantly update your order status online and I followed my sticks journey from Texas to Louisville and then onto Hawaii and Sydney before it got to me in Brisbane.
I paid US$114 or AUS$178 for it to be delivered all up which was bloody amazing I thought !!!
Crappy situation.
I’m cancelling my order with VGC now. Terrible customer service. Alternative DVD at least notified me by email that my order was not going to make it. VGC never game me any email updating me of the situation and they just simply remove the TE stick from their website like they were never selling it in the first place. Poor customer service/business management and I really don’t want them holding onto 500 plus dollars of my money with poor business practices like that.
Wow, benjiedude needs to get a job,life or a will to live. Your insane. I work with VGC consistently and honestly Madcatz pushed the TE sticks back on everyone. It’s not their fault.
If you had preordered somewhere else and not had gotten the stick, then would you be reacting like this? Probably not, because you’ve been brainwashed to think that it would be alright then because they’re a bigger company. In fact try and call Amazon…ohhh.wait you can’t because they don’t have a phone number to call. VGC answers phone calls so that can assist you with your problems in which they told you the situation and you did not like it. All of your ranting and “special CSI work” isn’t going to get your stick faster is it? I doubt it.
Everyone who preorded the stick was notified of the situtation including myself and I should have 1 before anyone! It’s not fair but hey that’s life.
All in all benjiedude could probably get a stick and I would still house him using a regular Ps3 or XBOX 360 Pad…actually I think I would put my stick on it. ( I smell money matches!!)
You also complain of raising prices for HRaps, but it happens. It’s called supply and demand. When suppliers have a lack of supply and the demand is higher then to keep the item in stock suppliers increase pricepoints or have to source the items from other countries which would in turn increase the price drastically whether it is Japan, Ebay , Amazon Seller or VGC not to mention that HORI IS A JAPANESE COMAPNY and they trade in YEN and the dollar is extremely weak as I was there for SBO and spent a small fortune on next to nothing so that also attributes to it…so maybe you need to go back to CSI school to learn about that!
In all honesty you just sound like a person that needs to get schooled at Street Fighter 4! Maybe I can beat you before you get a stick and teach you how to play before you blame losing on your stick…because it just sounds like your a big complainer!
Yes, hiking up the prices on the HRAP’s in response and charging credit cards in full for unshipped preorders is totally the fault of Mad Catz. Those greedy bastards.
