You have no action to take against anyone, all you can do is cancel your order and complain on a forum. There is absolutely nothing else you can do. The only real issue you have is you ask for cancel and they won’t give it to you, but it doesn’t seem like that has happened yet.

Nothing has happened to you as a consumer. They don’t control when Madcatz sends them sticks, thats why they gave an ETA. As of right now, they have done nothing wrong legally. If they do something ilegal then yes you have options. But you can’t tell the diffrence it seems between a company with bad customer service and a company thats trying to rip you off. Sorry if that isn’t what you want to hear.

just wait for it, like everyone else who order from VGC. i mean really, it was just a hopeful order anyways. so if you get it at all, in good condition thats plus! i order from vgc and gamestop just in case. and all the OP was trying to do, is let others know. those of us that know already, or who have order from VGC should just tell them what they experience or what not. anyways, OP just stay on top of your order!

Look asshats, there is a TE stick post already, it’s for discussion on the TE stick, which obviously relates to this. The mods are basically working overtime to free up some bandwith due to all of the new members, and new threads like this which have a proper place in previously created threads are doing nothing but clogging up space.

Why don’t you leave moderating the forum to the people with a) the authorization to do so, and b) the requisite capacity for rational thought.
This will serve a dual purpose. You can conserve bandwidth at a time when the forums obviously need all it can get, and you can spend the extra time you will have contemplating just how pathetic and sad it is to attribute social standing to others, based on their registration date on a niche gaming forum.

As I expected guys…VGC e-mails are going out according to another member who posted in another thread. He ordered 1/12 or 1/13 and sticks are backordered because of Chinese new year or some BS. LOL. Check your inboxes!
hey man, I feel your pain. I ordered my te stick on the 15th of january. Its a little painful knowing my boys got theirs already from gamestop. Whats funny is that they got the collectors edition of the game and can’t get theirs yet from their particular gamestop while I have the regular version of SF4 in my hands already.
Either way, I decided to go with VGC after all the drama I heard about games and equipment with gamestop. Keep in mind I had pre-ordered my sf4 back in july or august.
I hope I’ll see my TE by this weekend from VGC, but we’ll see what happens I guess. No amount of worrying is gonna make it better.
I have received no e-mail, and that worries me more. What, exactly, did they say?
yeah i ordered from them as well and I have also not gotten the email. I wonder if that means I’m getting the sticks I ordered? or that they just haven’t gotten around to sending me the email yet.
