hey im trying to decide on a good card to upgrade to that can handle Street Fighter IV, my rig is an amd 5200 dual core running off of 4gb of ram. Any suggestions, keep in mind my range in between 89 and 110 at the most

nvidia 9800 gt. see if that works. if you are lucky, you can nab a geforce 260 gtx between 110 130.
i use a 9800 gt
i can run at 1920 x 1080 with everything on high and no AA. It will consistently stay at 59.something to 60 fps.
