Well, it is a college town full of college kids not spending money they don’t have :sad: Hard to get money for mod jobs. Even fixing cruddy mods. One guy did dual mod, but he got some of his grounds messed up with signals (Was too scared to solder to PCB, so he connected wires into the quick disconnects), so 1K 2P 3K was grounded on ChImp, so it would never go to PS3 mode. But that’s okay. I fixed.
Thanks. Your Semper Fightstick was a hella cool, too. Case idea was created also from cheapness! It only costed $60 for complete PSX stick.
On topic?I like Vewlix, personally. Astro city is also cool. Or, latest tupperstick uses a crossover of both!
Astro city on top, Vewlix (Which kinda was created as an angled slant to avoid touches) on bottom. Super wacky, because it uses Happ. XD Customer likes. So, that is all happy and good.

Like one half of the astro city panel? that would be cool. wouldnt a full panel plexi replacement be a bit fragile? and i guess thats something to consider, i never really thought about that.
It’s thicker than the standard cover. And by that I meant use the astro city 2 player configuration. But, I was just kidding. You’d probably prefer the 1 player variation. Here, look at the panel builder: Welcome to Art’s Hobbies Sega player 1 is probably what you’d like.
A little offtopic but can anyone point me to the Vewlix SE template like in the opening post?
It feels like your hand should be coming from your right hip because if you adapt the natural posture you would be sitting in in a a japanese sit-down candy cab, that’s just about the angle where your hand would be coming from. The top of the CP would be just above knee level and your forearms would be slightly above your hips as you leaned slightly forward. Besides, for side by side setups (2P Astro and Blast city cabs), you wouldn’t have space to have your arms out from the side. The cabs are designed so that you wouldn’t have your arms out, hitting the other person.
What amuses me the most about that link is that he used one of my designs as an example.
I agree w/ the OP, i really dont care for the Vewlix layout…I got used to it though…I use the last 6 buttons, the 1st 6 seems odd to me, like its cramped…
I head alot of people use the last 6 buttons. I can see that if your used to american but imo trying to use the last 6 is utter butchery.
