I use the english voice for Vega. Some of the english voiceovers are horrible, but some are perfect. I keep Vega, Guile, Cammy, Zangief and Viper on english, rest is japanese.
Vega’s english voice is perfect, I think it really captures what I see in his character.
Taunt 8: “Bleed for me! Haahahaa!” is awesomely psychotic. While Taunt 4: “Ugly *and *Clumsy?” is perfectly mocking.
Not to mention when you fight Chun Li in arcade mode, and he calls her a “Pushy little wench” as he puts on his mask.

#2 taunt and #10 color with his alt , or the first color of the original costume
the rest blow IMO
oh , and his JP voice just doesnt fit , I know he’s the same dude that does Zhange He’s voice , who’s pretty much another Vega but doesnt sounds right to me
also , anyone knows what he says in the japanese voice in place of the " SOAK IN YOUR BLOOD " ?
what i hear is " BAKA TSUMARE " pretty that TSUMARE not even a word and BAKA means idiot and that doesnt seem right :wonder:
This is the only instance in which I like the English actor better.

I had all the voices set to Japanese for the longest time. I just switched Vega, Guile, and Cammy to English and am really liking it. Are there any other characters that are better off with English voices?
Rufus , Viper , Geif , Sagat , Bison , and Fuerte are better in english
oh and Gouken , gotta love the " Shoooooooooooooooooooooryuken " 
Bison is corny as hell in English. Leave that one Japanese imo.

Tbh i think Claw and Sagats english voices are awesome. Vega is just spot on and Sagat sounds so friggin brutal. Especially when doing f.HK.

Fuerte is horrible in both , but a Mexican speaking in Japanese is…weird !
at least he has a bit of an accent in English
I like Fuertes’ Jap voice more tbh. He sounds too annoying in English, but in Japanese he actually sounds sorta cool, especially with guacamole leg throw.
Am I the only person in the world who uses all English voices? I mean… as bad as a lot of the voice acting is, I don’t speak Japanese. It just sounds daft to me.

He definitely has several Chun-li specific quotes…but i can’t remember any!
I actually do speak Japanese, and I still use almost all English. The only Japanese voices I use are Honda and Fei.
English Honda sounds like a Sesame Street character and constantly narrates his own moves! Now, a lot of characters do this, but it really grates when Cookie Monster Honda does it.
English Fei’s spoken lines are great, and the way he’s clearly out of synch with his own mouth is a great tribute to Bruce flicks. The problem is the bird calls. The English guy just sounds a bit half assed.
