Which version of the king reigns supreme?
I want to say o.gat, but some of those u.gat changes are pretty good.

i actually think having delayed wake up and ultra 2 will out weigh the advantage of raw power in certain match-ups.
compared to fireball dmg, AND recovery. St.short cancel, and overall dmg increase for everything? Don’t forget the hitboxes on his normals were much better in vanilla too, ala cr.forward.
Raw power is something.
Vanilla Sagat also had more health (1100), tiger knee traps, cancellable st.lk, less recovery on TS, better TS juggles…
