Yeah, that’s what I’ve been hearing about most of them. This guy seems to have taken his sweet time working on the game, so who knows how broke it’ll be.
Super Cosplay War Ultra. Pocket Fighter style fighter with cosplayers from different anime/manga (mostly mecha).
Of course i dont expect SCWU to be serious, is a Pocket Fighter clone… and a REALLY GOOD ONE, but you know, those type of bugs are just nasty.
There are a lot of limitations in FM games, there are some bugs that you cant fix it because they are problems of the engine itself, i heard that is almost impossible to make a balanced experience in FM because of how the hitboxes are created in the engine, i dont know too much details, but since the first FM no one of those projects were “tourney playable”… and yeah, i also play a lot of fighting games for the lulz and i like it in that way, but you cant dream too much with FM involved.
But oh well, who knows, SCUW was made by Team FK and now they are a real company making Chaos Code… hope that this is a kick off of something good for this Doujin Soft designer.
Yeah I dunno. I mean, obviously, you can edit move properties and character abilities in a pretty detailed way, so I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to fix these problems, however, the track record is not good, so I can only assume that it’s at least partially the engine’s fault.

You might need to install support for japanese, or at least use “applocale”(google it) to run it. That’s usually the problem with doujin games.
This game isn’t very combo friendly…is my first impression.
Edit: Okay. I didn’t know that you can link specials off normals. Odd. 
yea im using xp… and don’t understand why that would be a factor cuse it looks like it will run on xp…
