I agree, but to be fair I think it depends who else works on it. I mean CFJ was an aesthetic nightmare (backgrounds, music, announcer, hit effects/samples, etc) but SF4 wasn’t so bad in terms of aesthetics. CFJ and SF4 both felt “mehhh” as far as gameflow but maybe that’s not entirely Ono’s fault. I mean, Ono DID want to put R.Mika in SF4 and they were like “no”, hence no Mika.

its just his connection because I have the same problem vs him. Some players who play on ggpo have those stutter type connection even with a low MS.
You generally don’t run into that type of connection on ggpo. It sucks though, hk-47 is really good @ VS and most of us just deal with it unfortunately.
The weirdest problem I ever ran across was for some stupid reason I was never able to play I-Hira. Like ever…and that was stupid, because I could play everyone else and so could he. GGPO is conspiring against us.
there is a trick I know of that works sometimes when ggpo does that.
both people need another game on ggpo. Like super turbo for instance. Both people join super turbo and try to setup a game. Even if the game hangs or works, keep it open on both ends. Then both people join the VS room and connect.
I think we’ve tried something similar in the past. But, cool. I’ll give it a go when I get my laptop all set up 
So as soon as I got back from Final Round both my laptop and desktop blew up… new Netbook should be showing up today and I can get back on this crack. I’m getting the shakes from withdrawal
Yeah, I haven’t been around lately either thanks to computer problems…mine freezes if I leave the computer idle for like 10 minutes. Since that could be anything, I’m gonna have a lot of fun figuring it out. 
If we’re talking about PC breaking down, mine’s been dead for about a month! I was just getting the hang of this game, now I’m getting so rusty…
