poorly applied rush mechanics? there’s this shit called blocking you can’t do. I should know. I mixed your shit up so bad I basically gave you arms for legs and you couldn’t tell the difference. You also can’t push block for shit or alpha counter properly. This is all based on your shitty reaction time. Your AA tactics are terrible because you keep spamming AA normals which means you’ll give me a mixup or a CH that leads into a mixup. Also, your lack of mind game on all layers never made it hard to approach you what so ever.

Damn, Shoultzula bringing the fire! I’m guessing that it was Bee vs Victor.
Victor has a tough time versus bee. She’s faster, her moves come out quicker, and she’s just plain better than the Electric Man. He can try to psychic out a low fierce, but even that’s unreliable, because you have to anticipate Bee’s forward momentum. Simple neutral jump or delayed airdash means free combo for bee. Heaven forbid she IADs on you…
But yeah, either learn quick or get salty and QQ all over the thread. Either way, don’t blame the game for something that’s your fault in the first place.
What about Victor 623+K? Isn’t that a great AA with good priority and pretty safe as well?
I’ve always thought of Victor as a beast. Lemme find that cup vid neojibe uploaded with that Victor player…shit was an inspiration. And I don’t play Victor.

The thing about VS is that even the so-called “bad matchups” aren’t really much of an issue. All characters have remarkably useful tools and can turn tides if the player so attempted to. However, when it comes to blocking and teching and being able to perform guard cancels, it doesn’t matter who the fuck you’re using, that’s all on your side. He could’ve been using Victor or Sas for all that mattered, neither one of them auto blocks QBee mixups.
I fear being butthurt if joining GGPO. Any good websites to get a good grip on this game? I only played it casually:wasted:…

Not even Sako can successfully block QBee mixups all the time.
Proper IAD’ing takes work to do in the first place. Kudos to the Bee playas :tup:
EDIT: Neo0MJ, if you can join GGPO then do it. Everyone there is very friendly and will give you advice even if you don’t ask for it

That Vic player had to be Oboro(I’m pretty sure he plays that color). He made perfect use of the frame adv or disadv, for that matter, that vic gets off his normals. He punished the sas players counter poke attempts with GC’s or just adv guarded evrything else so he could get space to re-apply pressure. He also made use of the 623+K whiff into command grab set-up.

Just man up and try to learn the game, of course stuff like Q-bee IAD mixups are going to kick 10 kinds of **** out of you at the start (I know they do to me), just need to keep at it and hopefully get better through practice.
And just a small question, as a Lilith, is her EX command grab a waste of bar?
Been trying to use it to get into DI or Showtime but it seems pretty interuptable/dodgeable and punishable on whiff and the times when it seems viable (eg.after a Felicia kitten assist super whiff) I feel like I have time to save myself one bar and just go straight into the super.
Sorry if that’s a bit of a noob question, there’s no Lilith section in the SRK wiki so I’m mainly going on stuff from this thread, what I’m told on GGPO and trying stuff out.

And Tech on the topic of Victor - Yeah… OBORO and Kame are both really good. I’ve played long sets against both of them. Kame still gets on occasionally to play. Neither of them are nearly as scary as players like O-Bee, SaviorMeister, Keyboard Master, etc etc etc etc. Hell, Japanese Anak’s are scarier than Victor in my opinion. I think Psychotron has a beastier Victor than those names. I don’t seen the Japs landing sick ass 8 and 9 hit ground chains with Vic
Iduno - Liliths ES command grab has a couple of applications, but in general you have to realize its not very good and you really have to trick the opponent into eating it. You can tick people into it off c.MK xx ES grab sometimes… You’ll see setups like Crossup sj.MK , c.MK xx ES grab.
