Hey guys, I’m trying to decide between using these two characters. I’m using a three man team with Valentine/Ms.Fortune, Cerebella, and Double. I can’t use both characters in my team, but I really like both of them, so I’m trying to decide who is better. I’m using cerecopter and hornet bomber as my assists if that helps any. I’m going to give you a probably inaccurate, week-one answer and say that if you wanna win and not have to put quite as much work in, pick val. if you’re willing to work more and think a little more while you’re playing, fortune will offer you some awesome setups. She is more versatile imo but Val is obviously a very solid, popular character.
