on a serous note. ya gamestop has games on sundays, your in luck that your very close to there and where we have been hosting on saturdays lately. everyone is very helpful and open to new people. the community is building quite well.

My dad attend VMI as well i considered it but it wasnt for me, nice to see you kept gaming alive after attending there i heard they were really strict about down time and what not. Hope to see ya in may at a Mt… Pleasant ssf4 event.
Definitely will man. Al told me about them right before I left for DC. Im supposed to be house sitting for my mom because she and my step dad are supposed to be going to France on Saturday, but because of the valcano in Iceland, they may not be going anymore (all flights are cancelled indefinitely). If so, maybe Ill see you sooner than later! But ya, downtime was really low at VMI, but I had my moments. Gaming was easier to do compaired to some other extracurrecular activities.
Need more to post up confirming/not confirming for this tourney…a couple things depend on potential turnout so spread the word if you would be so kind. It’s less than 3 weeks away!

Me and Al have been friends for years and Ill always only support him and the store he is managing because he has always been a great friend. But ya, Im really close friends with Grace there as well, she and I go WAY back.

Arcadia (Dsinnie’s post) is a place that JUST opened. I was actually going to look at the venue and talk to thier staff tomorrow. I guess ill let you guys know what it looks like afterwards and ask about that tourney.

The community for Super Smash Bros. Brawl/Melee. They are good people for the most part, but not they are not so good with welcoming new people into the scene. A new guy posted in the forum for the players in Hampton Roads eager to play some matches about a month ago and was ignored by everyone except me. I was a little disappointed to say the least. Long story short, I play games in both community’s and like to look at the differences. I’m mostly interested in playing SF4 though.
