I’d audition for fun but if I got it I’d be fucked. I know they played Virtua Fighter and Soul Calibur, but most of the shit they play is just mainstream stuff like Guitar Hero, DDR, shooters, sports, and racing…mostly stuff people may play even if they don’t like video games all that much. I’d last one week, which would be JUST ENOUGH time to get in the booth and complain about how we’re not playing MANLY shit that tests your frustration and your ability to adapt like Mega Man 2, Ninja Gaiden 1, Mike Tyson’s Punch Out, Dracula X, Cybernator, Sonic 2, Gunstar Heroes, Contra Hard Corps, Resident Evil 1, God Hand, ETC ETC ETC ETC ETC.
I honestly think that if I was on that show, I would do hella work. My only issue would be when they came to the sports games…unless it was NBA Jam or Tecmo bowl. Then the entire show would be free. Real talk.
