Brian and Andrew are the only ones I can think of that should be guaranteed a spot. I think that if they agree to be on the same team then it’d be pretty much up to them about which three they should take.

You guys are lucky that get to practice with eachother. All the while I practice with brian. So pretty much its just me losing all day. Unless he doesn’t use guile then its pretty even.

Coldviper - Touch base with THE_WALL over at VFDC. He’s an Ogden player, primarily VF5 but SFIV as well. He won’t rape you with Guile, and he’s got a lot of room for improvement too (not calling him a scrub, he just hasn’t been around competitive SF for very long). He has a really good head for Street Fighter though. I’d bring him here but he apparently got autobanned for using a Gmail address or some shit like that.
That’s nice to hook others up with other players, gets the community together.
You should come down to Salt Lake sometime for our get togethers. I know it’s a long drive about 2 hrs, but you should show up some weekend for some casuals and tourney play.

If I drove, I’d be down there for all of them. It’s depressing because Utah’s community is becoming exactly what I’ve been working to turn it into for years, and now that it’s getting there, I’m in no position to take part, plus my Logan tournaments aren’t really any kind of contribution anymore (though I still think I could make a major happen up here).

You could try for a throw/overhead/low jab mixup after the advancing roundhouse, though, if they start blocking the low jab too much. Heck, maybe even a crossup dive kick or demon flip kick would work, or even 2-3 low jabs to bait something; I don’t really know as Akuma is not one that I use too much. The roundhouse, cr.lp,tatsu, fierce is a good combo, though, to be sure. GG’s.
