Just began watching Shadowloo archives. Toxy’s Akuma feels odd. Like, he’s constantly doing big things and jumping around like a kangaroo. A smart kangaroo, mind you, but it’s still odd. Feels like he’s playing KOF or something.

I think noone here saw it, but TLC Master (the guy who almost beat Uryo at EVO) was one hit confirm away from defeating Chris G in GF’s, after resetting the bracket.
It honestly feels great to see how last year we were having tons of issues vs pretty much everyone and right now we’re making more of a stand vs internationals and getting better overall.
Progress feels great!
When Uryo won gods garden; that’s what made me a fan and ultimately drew me into the SF game itself. I was like “wow, this game looks intense, I want to be able to play like that.” So started keeping up on the scene etc… however did not get an xbox and start playing until a short time ago.
I was def pulling for Uryo though, such class in win or defeat, and just a great player.
EDIT: Uryo didn’t win GG but just had a really good run to loosers finals, always remember it as him winning it lol.
When Uyro won Gods Garden? I don’t recall that ever happening.

Wow really nice Oni indeed. I think he might be using Wao’s inspiration and published tech to get himself a character that is both strong and fan favored. Infiltration was the best in the world for an entire year and got too few fans because of his character choice and playstyle.
When he picked 'kan in EVO and the crowd immediately switched to his side, I think he got a feeling he doesn’t want to give up on.
I hope he sticks with Oni, it’s a dynamic and fun character to watch.
