yea it has to be ranked i just opened up a endless match and invited a friend…no lag what so ever…so hopefully they fix that…i like this version the best…but i cant stand the freezing mid match

Got my first unplayable game and it was my Hugo vs Evil Ryu.

Been getting nothing but laggy matches. It actually feels worse than the last time I’ve played. Capcom needs to iron out the kinks more.
Game is unbearable as of right now. Game really feels like it’s being DDOS attacked.
This is what ive found works best:
You cant be found/seen in the lobby
i.e. only endless and small lobbys… as people leaving large lobbys causes the UDP flooding to start again as they can find you.
So no ranked, no arcade request, avoid big lobbys in Endless.
Apart from the above bug the general netplay has been fine for me.
This entire time I thought I just wasn’t doing good with the new characters I’m learning well…I finally got pissed the fuck off and went to my main…and just by using someone I’ve been used fo for the last 5 damn years …MY EYES ARE WIDE OPEN…this shit has that EBOLA LAG

i just played for a hour with a guy that i found while randomly looking for a lobby, it was insanely good, not a single lag, and i had the freaking Vsync on all the time, BLASPHEMY !! i dont know what to say anymore seriously

like…who cares if we have good matches with one other person.
online is about playing as many different people as you can that you have good connections with.
we’ve become so soured now that we are talking about having “good” matches with a handful of people and limiting ourselves to just sticking with those few people from now on.

…lol, yeah who cares about actually being able to play the game. I want so much forced input delay that I can play against every smooth as butter full screen EX rush punch Balrog on earth.
that does matter for me, i usually just add these peoples, and most the time they are pretty good, not even in Xbox live you could get good matchs with everyone so am not sure what are you hoping for, and from the few times that i played on xbox live, it was laggy as fuck
I went through the trouble to forward my ports to see if it would improve stability. It’s still a lagfest but it doesn’t happen as much.
People are getting away with murder in Rank. Like literally they have no respect. I couldn’t press anything but my opponent could. Guess what he did…yep that and I lost…
I’m going to get a cool number set and quit Rank like I did in AE
