Good shit, I bought the upgrade yesterday.
I always thought it would be a good idea if you could switch between versions. Not like the edition select, but actually switch games. For example, I own Ultra on 360. However, I have friends who play AE because it was free with Gold a few weeks ago. I had to move my Ultra to a usb stick so I could swap versions at will, but its a little annoying. It would be easier for Capcom to allow you to be able to switch versions like you can in Darkstalkers: Resurrection.

Woot is it playable already? My steam says that “this game will unlock in approximately 22 hours” and it’s 11:18 pm here now…

I bought the upgrade on green man and they don’t have the codes yet. It will suck if the game unlocks today and I won’t get my code until tomorrow.
I’m in the same boat. I was actually looking forward to try out Ultra tonight but it’s not looking good atm, it’s already past midnight here.
I havent’ bought the game yet but if I have to spent 15 to play it today I will…but I’m trying to get it from Green Man and their discount is good until next week
Please keep us updating on which version goes public first!

Our USF4 keys will be released in the next few hours for a midnight launch. This process may take a few hours to complete so please be patient and check your inbox regularly for an email containing your key.
Received my USFIV Digital Upgrade against 4 TF2 keys and 4 TF2 refs lol. Cheaper than to pay 15€. Also fucking great that I can start to play in more than an hour, just at 2 am in Germany…
Guess I gonna wait for tomorrow. I won’t be able to stay up that late to play it tonight.
Are you guys using fixed framerate? Recently I’ve been using smooth since technically it shouldn’t matter if your PC is up to snuff. I’ve also been keeping my framerate counter and it is consistently at 60/61(no vsync).
Also, a weird thing I noticed is that on some rare shitty connections (<1%) the framerate is not at 60fps, but it is still constant(ie 50fps or 40fps) and runs at a seemingly normal speed. This hasn’t happened in about a week though.
For the people who transferred from GFWL, is Ultra SF installing? Mine isn’t starting it just says “ready to play”

How to properly update to Ultra Street Fighter 4.
- Right Click “Super Street Fighter 4” in your Library.
- Click “Downloadable Content.”
- UnCHECK “Ultra Street Fighter 4”
- Close Steam
- Open Steam
- Check your current downloads.
- Should be downloading.
For some weird reason Steam will still show “Ready to Play” even when it’s obviously downloading the update.
