Hey guys, this my first post, be gentle… :slight_smile:

First off, just wow to some of the skins in this thread, awesome stuff.

I’ve literally just started adjusting skins for characters, a current idea I’m working on is making a younger Gouken. I’ve removed his top vest / gi by just alpha’ing it out in the texture file, the same with his bushy “oldman” mustache, & long hair model texture. However alpha’ing out parts of the model only got me so far until I tried to remove his Juzu (ball on his pony tail). Even though I’ve alpha’d the Juzu texture, it still appears. What would be the best way to remove this?

Not a video (would be too long and boring), but a new attempt at an object swapping tutorial for SSF4AE, that’s how I do it, I can’t explain more. :sweat:
I hope it’s easier to understand than the first one. Know that you have like 1 chance on 10 that the swap will actually work, so it’s kinda boring when it doesn’t.

That solution is guaranteed to work, but it would make it a cos*.obj mod rather than just a simple col*.obj mod
