I’ve tried to hit the bullseye, but I’ve only hit the bullsh!t a lot of times, cause I’ve failed to: convert .obj into .emg; insert new objects in models; swap objects; and all other cool stuff. So, I would like, if it’s possible and you have time to, a makoto, a rose and/or a viper full nude body, like you’ve did with Ibuki, Chun-li, Juri, and Cammy, with all the objects you can insert from the basic and alternate models - this will unlock an great array of possibilities for modding.

I believe that has to do with the col/alpha-based transparency. Those little flecks sometimes show up at different resolutions and are difficult-if-not-impossible to eradicate completely.

No, that’s actually a much more difficult and complex change than it sounds. Perhaps using E. Ryu’s alternate costume’s skeleton and hair…

Yeah i’m aware of that bug. It has to do with the transparency map found in the alpha channel of the textures. I tried to figure out where exactly that piece of geometry is found on the texture and paint that area black in the alpha channel, but to no success.
Yeah I noticed no one in the game has long loose hair. Except E.Ryu’s alt costume i guess but those are more like clumps of hair. Otherwise long hair is always braided or tied at the end. I think Capcom pussed out and did not want to attempt to animate long hair in 3d.
I think, even if you get rid of all of them in one resolution, they seem to come back in others, even if you go crazy and erase everything by a wide margin. I ran into the exact same situation when I tried to blank out chun’s stuff on Miss Signoritas’ Catwoman mod.
I suspect this is exactly right 
In his defense, we don’t ACTUALLY know how every style of Hadoken works.
