You can rename the files to use ones that are based on DLC costumes. For example, RYU_03.obj.emo could be renamed to RYU_01.obj.emo, but you need to rename all of the files related to it, too, such as the colors.
Basically, you don’t need the DLC costumes, but it makes things easier sometimes.
Plus, the complete costume pack is priced at $14.99 which is a steal! Console gamers can only dream of that.

@Gulag: 4 channel = surround sound, usually used for the rival battles or sth. Probably you could just safely double up the 2 channels, or just yeah leave the extra channels silent.

The original track sounds like elevator music. Precious heart has that 90s feel atleast. You can always rename it for Sakura if you are a purist.
