I play Ultra on PC, I don’t own any consoles.
One thing that is bothering me is the fact that they REVERTED T.Hawk’s U2 motion to half circle.
I remember it was half circle in Super, then they changed to QHC in AE,
but now it is once again half circle.
Do any of you guys know if this is intentional or was it a mistake?

I think i get why decapre’s frames on overhead are setup the way they are now, cause how in the hell are you ever going to hit someone with the first frame? It’s inside her pushbox+higher than crouchers are tall!
It appears you cannot upload a match to Youtube (at least on X-Box) if it contains a vacation costume. I tried uploading a match without it and it worked fine.
EDIT: I tried a different match and it worked. The other match I tried consistently doesn’t work, however.
With the retail release the controls menu on the character select screen is working 100% now. I assume the problem only occurs with SSF4+Ultra Update (which I’ve deleted as soon as I got the retail disc).
I don’t know if someone found this yet or if it’s old, but here’s one for Ryu.
If you are in the corner and close to the opponent, throw a fireball then FADC, Ryu “teleports” to the other side.
It worked on Fuerte but it didn’t on Vega (when I first tried to record), so I believe it’s a character specific hitbox bug.

With the new costumes, I was on zangief P2 side in versus mode. It only displayed 1-12… and all were red. When I went to the match, the color was correct to the number.
I must be the only one who notices that when an attack sends an opponent high up and spiraling (like Seth’s third Shoryuken and Cody’s Criminal Upper), Gen is the only character who stops spiraling half way through and falls down faster than all other characters. This is present in all versions of Gen, stance doesn’t matter.
some of these bugs exist in the old versions too. el fuerte standing lk after command throw for example.
i think they should only change the number things

Seth’s Super is the only vacuum effect in the game that does not actually break armor. This vacuum instead tries to hit on every frame instead. Also, if you connect a red focus attack at the exact same frame you absorb an attack, you get no hitstop whatsoever, meaning you can cancel it into a dash immediately and followup with moves you normally can’t in other situations.
Anything not marked “New to USF4” or attached to new content (Edition Select/5 chars/new stages) is something that has been in older versions. The intent wasn’t to list only new errors. It was to list ALL errors in USF4.
The sLK think is hard to do and actually adds to his game. I don’t think they should remove it personally, but it’s still a bug. I kind of thing it’d be nice if they made it a feature, at the very least for Hugo’s meat squasher.
Perfect red focus is already mentioned, thanks though! The super thing with Seth isn’t a bug though it I think it could be counted as an oversight. I think I’ll add that the vacuum effect doesn’t break armor since it IS the only instance of that. It’s been mentioned before I just never really thought about it too much.
