I’ll try to go set it with my buddy. It’s easiest to do with P1 using Metsu Hadouken and P2 immediately doing a longer ultra freeze animation.
Another one: Hugo’s Shootdown Backbreaker improperly trades against some DP’s, resulting in him taking damage and being sent flying across the stage while the opponent gets placed into a soft knockdown and takes no damage, but stil lgets meter.
It’s known, that is simply a function of how moves that do a “lock in” animations but aren’t invincible on the lock in frame work. You might have seen it happen at EVO with Snake Eyez vs Luffy and Rose’s U1 trading with Zangief’s jumping HP but doing zero damage.
It’s something I’ve noted already but likely wont get changed.
Here’s what i’ve found with the Volcano, the ultras need to be graphically intensive, and the volcano in the back must explode to cause the effect. I managed to replicate it using Ryu U1 and Oni U1.
A couple more things I’ve found with Hugo:
Characters can crouch under his EX Wall Press if they land right after touching his arms.
Hugo can catch jumping opponents with U1 if they are just leaving the ground (probably intentional)
Vega and **Decapre **also have a crouching reeling animations akin to Rose, Sakura, etc. where moves whiff even when point blank after high hitstun attacks.

This is something I think might be applicable for Abel. For example, Abel is +4 after step kick xx dash on hit, but if you buffer Tornado Throw (5 frame startup) during the dash it’ll whiff.
At what point? Do you mean when he gets up? All characters have a “force turn” portion of their rising animation while stunned if stunned from a face down knockdown. Can you provide a video of this? I’m kind of confused.
yeah I saw your twitter and the list keeps on going and going…but I wonder if they are intentional or not. I mean…the list is HUGE and you’re not even done yet. Also it has a lot to do with 1F startup/recovery things from what I can read…
Don’t think so. I only mentioned things on twitter that would be need to be listed on the wiki. Look at the OP and you’ll see a lot of oddities that go beyond that. A LOT more of the issues are hit/hurtbox related.
Also I don’t think it’s intentional because if you look through the list you’ll notice that they often forget to change moves that have multiple versions used under different circumstances. For example, the chained versions of Cody’s LP with knife didn’t get the juggle potential increase that the regular versions did. Gen’s recovery on chained sLK in crane is different. They didn’t change Guy’s chained crLK when they made it 3F in AE, so doing crLP xx crLK the crLK is still 4F. ect ect
