Finally got around to getting my pools from Evo from my friends phone. I also played against Marlin Pie in my second game but I won’t include that cause I Zero just got straight up murdered by his Viper. I have a lot of limited experience to a lot of characters and Viper is one of them so Zero just dies all 3 games against him.
I felt bad, cause not only did I have Marlin Pie in my pool, but I also had Fanatiq as well as 3 Phoenix’s. I should have at least gotten 3rd but I make stupid decisions sometimes (which shows in the last video) Also, don’t mind my friend that’s recording the matches, dude is just always a little too hype. haha

There was a tourney in Jacksonvillle I went to this past weekend and I got 2nd place in MvC3. Here’s some vids of my performance in some matches. I was playing on PS2 to 360 converter and the ps2 controller my friend let me borrow felt alittle weird so i was dropping some stuff such as some level 1 supers and such but none the less some good matches.

With godlike execution, Zero is a better Wolverine…
Buster is as braindead as divekick, Zero’s normals are better than Wolverine’s, and Beam assist + command dash is ghetto Berserker Slash.
Zero has better mobility and can solo 100% everyone in the cast for 2 meters if you have enough execution to maximize lightloop…
but with human possible execution, he’s just very good, near top I think, but not top tier.
There is nothing beyond human about lightning loop execution. Zero is top tier. Not #1, but still top tier.

but no one does it consistently all the time…
Even I can do it sometimes and I’m not even close to having top execution, but still, no one does it…
It’s highly unpractical and quite easy to drop… It’s like Magneto’s slide infinite in MvC2… it’s possible to do manually, and better than what is used (much better than ROM until max scaling kicks in) but way to hard for anyone to trust in it and use it. Risk just tend not to pay off.
That said, Zero, even without consistent lighloop is easily in the top10 characters of MvC3…
whos number one in your opinion then?
Phoenix. Dante and Viper are also close and a little better than Zero. All of the other S tiers (there’s a lot of them) are around the same level as each other.
Is lightning loop still possible in ultimate?
