How come the POWNZ staff found out about this so late? Was it just an oversight?
It’s a learning process, glad that Mosh is being a good sport about it, I know a lot of the community who would come in guns blazing if they were in the same situation. Doubt there’ll be too much backlash except from the usual trolls.

well i am kinda disappointed i never was told about this before but i had a fun time the most exciting time i had was facing the champ in that money match that was so fun meeting a sagat player
You live and you learn. It was weird how it ended, but it is just one tourney and you can learn from it next time. It was better not to anger the toshiba reps and possible risk being sued. I’m just glad mosh is taking it so well. On the stream it seemed to be sorta heated at the end of the losers finals.

Even if I only played 2 sets in tournament, they were mad close and it was too much fun. Good times Pownz

This was a really fun experience overall, man, I hope to be able to come up a few more times before the summer’s over.
Props to all of the players and everyone that made this event happen. I was standing near the monitors for the last hour or so (I was the skinny white kid with lighter hair) and from what I overheard, I can tell the staff really does care a lot about the community. Thanks Vince/Nagata/Drekken/anyone else responsible for this event.
Seeing that this was my first tourney I’m definitely inspired to start playing this game for real now. If anyone with Chun experience wants to hit me up on PSN for some pointers, that would be sick. Let me know and we can trade gamertags.

Overall very nice experience for me. hopefully next time they dont pick a long weekend. Mainly cuz the ride there was a pain in the ass.
I was watching the stream for most of the tournament, but got roped into a Settlers of Catan game and missed all the drama. Hoping that the staff at Pownz look forward from this and keep working toward their goal, because what I did see I enjoyed it a lot.
