i still have trouble doing it. i always hit back,forward after the dash and not during. the charge seems weird to me. Too lazy to train lol.
Yeah I never trained it until Sean started playing Sagat. Then I spent like 8 hours straight one day doing nothing but dash ultras. I still miss it every now and then. But 60% of the time I get it every time!
