it will be man, one thing i hate about tournaments is down time in between matches here you can get a pool table and play that in between your matches.
To shiryu, ur limiting the number of people u can practice with. Besides the PS3 is free although it’s not always the smoothest connection.

dman, I suppose you’re right, but I only really practice/session offline anyway. Live seems more stable/lagless than PSN, but I prefer PS3 and not having to pay a subscription fee.
live has more hardcore gamers, i played champ mode today and this dude lagged his connection every time i started to lay into him. if i landed a head butt he’d lag it even harder so when i input the ultra command it wouldent register. there more about winning by any means then actually having skill. once i compensated for the lag he quit before i could win.
shiryu, u should set up a PSN account so you could at least play people from Cali. If u play someone in the same state usually the connection is pretty smooth. Well at least sometimes it is. I have a PS3 account as well. My gt is DmanIzBack for u or anyone else who wants to get some practice in.
