Pretty boy who isnât yawn inducting to look at. CV1 Simon is a uninteresting Conan knockoff. Iâll look the other way if I saw that shit on a shelf.
Just takes one look into the frame data of both games to realize that there isnât much of a difference and SF4 in general has even faster startups on moves than SG.
SG is also nothing like ST/HF in terms of speed. Thank God!
Seth is a fast character in a roster full of slow ones. All the returning cast walk slower, ascend/descend slower, and have slower attacks than they used to have. Look at Blanka Ball in SFEX2 compared to IV. That thing has visibly no startup and travels fast. Same with boxer dash punch in ST, A3 and CVS2. As far as Viper and Elf go, Viper is not a SF character and Elf isnât fast at all.
Donât get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with that Simon but neither is any other simon really. Because his look has changed hands so many times It doesnât really bother me to see any variant.
I just donât get the judgement hate, when ps1 simon looks like he is a runway model.
I dislike for the Judgment designs has to do with most of the cast looking like Death Note characters. I realize that the game has the Death Note artist on board but I didnât like his style for Castlevania.
Dark, stylized Conan Simon > effeminate ladyboy anime Simon.
Dark, stylized artstyle in Castlevania in general > anime artstyle the series went with a few times(the ugly Wii game, 2/3 DS games, Rondo and its silly-ass anime cutscenes. Aria of Sorrow --> Dawn of Sorrow was a terrible artstyle change.)
Simon tiers:
âAAAAâ tier: CV1/CV4 âConanâ style.
âAAAâ tier: Mirrors of Fate Simon.
phag tier: Chronicles Simon like the one above.
One in the ass, one in the mouth ultra phag tier: his look in the terrible Wii game also posted above to make peoples eyes bleed.
Haunted Castle Simon canât be tiered, heâs too hilarious looking.
