i keep my sticks on the ground with 3 foot cords 
makes me think a good idea for a custom stick/mod would be a briefcase (type thing) that you open fully right out so it folds back over on itself and the inside is an actual stick.
I’m still thinking of ways of storing a stick in a briefcase, but not using the brief case as an arcade stick. Wouldn’t want the stick to hit something real hard.

work on refining it to a light metal etc… and it would be a great idea.
