A few very interesting changes:
- Close LK is no longer chainable, but is now special and super cancellable (pls someone help confirm this one, pretty sure it wasn’t always the case)
- Far LK is now super and special cancellable
- Stomps are now a little safer on block (about 1f)
- MP Palm’s knockback angle has been altered to make followups easier, for example it’s much easier to get a LK Tatsu or half-animation Ultra 1.
Why these matter, if you care about omega anyway:
- cr.lp st.lk x stomp is safe on block vs most reversals (obviously not ryu super and stuff like that) because of pushback, so you can combo into stomps from lights now safely
- Whiff punish by cancelling into light palm or use in footsies, really good
- Contributes to 1, just a nice quality of life change
- Already explained, but you can do like, PM palm ex fireball (horizontal version) ultra if you want, stuff like that.
