The fun answer:
@undamnedā puts our names in a lottery draw based on how many goats, virgins, or virgin goats weāve sacrificed in his honor; and if your name gets picked, you get the privilege of participating in a WipeOut/AmericanGladiators-style battle to compete for the right to purchase one.
I myself have been training hard for the battle while waiting for my name to get drawn. I was only able to find regular goats to sacrifice, though.
The boring answer:
Realistically, @undamnedā actually doesnāt have any stock right now, and thereās a pretty decent waiting list. He should be getting some more stock soon, though. Just ask, and heāll put you on the list.
The waiting list isnāt too bad, right now. I have parts coming in for 200 pieces of each flavor (Screw Terminal and D15). Thereās a few online stores ready to carry them, so once Iāve got those units built up, Iāll just point you guys to those stores and you can order from them.

Iād like to be put on the wait list. Mitsurugi-w totally sold me on one of these when he showed it off in his Sega JVS I/O Helper PCB videos on the Neo-Geoās forums.
Iād like to be on the waiting list if there still is one! Or if not and theyāre being sold in stores somewhere, please point me in the right direction.
I bathe in virgins blood so i got that covered or would i need the actual virgins? I typically feed them to the dragon once they are drained but i can get a couple i suppose.
I donāt know where these guys get their ideas of what appeals to me. Reminds me of the prophets of Baal (fools cutting themselves and whatnot to no avail).

Hey @undamned, pretty sure this hasnāt been asked: while youāve had new hardware revisions for the UD-USB, has there been any update to the firmware to support more devices?
Not recently. Firmware 1.2 was the biggest boost there. 1.3 was to add 8 button support for the latest Screw Terminal hardware. Hopefully next year will have some nice firmware updates, now that I feel like Iām done tweaking the hardware.
In other news, here is my Neo Geo solution:
The more I thought about doing a dedicated Neo Geo design, the less it made sense, since I already have a working DB15 solution. Having an adapter lets people save money if they only want to use their supergun, and for Neo users, itās not an expensive upgrade.

Itās looking like I can do $15 for the Neo adapter. The DB15 version USB decoder is only $40, so if your intention is to use it on your Neo, itās only $55 for the complete solution.
