UMVC3 Super Jump Cancel help

Im trying to do a combo with Spencer that requires a super just cancel into the upward grappling attack (QCF C). could some one pls post the directions on how to do this. If any one know of a video tutiral pls post it as well.

Try to tiger knee the input. So you start from the down-position, do the QCF, and then move the stick up into the up-forward position and press C. Delay the timing of your button input slightly to make sure that you get the super jump first.
